people who test/torture innocent animals to find out if there "product" is suitable for humans?? Looking for biblical reference

In the Bible, Genesis 9:5 And for your lifeblood I will demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal.
There are laws in the Bible for harming or killing animals.
Deuteronomy 22:1-4 is one example
Seems to me if GOD holds them accountable and laws that protect them and give restitution for them that we should not be using them to suit our own desires.

You won't find a biblical reference, but I'd guess that God isn't all that happy when people use animals to test their products.
