Do you believe that everything in life happens for a reason and do you believe in 6 degrees of separation. Not the Kevin Bacon thing. I believe both I was just curious of other peoples takes on these things.

I never hear "Oh, Muhammad!" or "Buddah!" or "Allah!" Why?
Also, how come no one ever asks whether or not Satan is real... it's always "Do you believe in God?"

I understand giving kids a general education, however when it comes to spirituality/religion, I think kids need to reach a certain age so they can choose what type of religion is right for them.

I dont have problems meeting women. Infact Ive had a couple girlfriends, and yes a lot of opportunity to have sex. The problem is I havent taken them. Ive been brought up catholic, and think premartial sex is dirty, and subconsciously define the act of "sex" as with exclusive between a man and a woman. I bring this up because I dont have problems getting oral sex from men. For me, Im just having fun and not participating in it.. (SAD, and Illogical, but thats how I think of it) Ive had oral sex from women as well. Both I find good but its very easy to find a gay dude whos willing to do the deed. Also, with the STDs these days, its almost a life and death situation who youd sleep with. Believe me I tried hard to fix my way of thinking but its hard to go against your grain. So im wondering if all this mental inhibitions in my mind would turn me gay soon. What do you think? I dont mean any offense to any gay person. Im just asking for advice. thanks!

Do you feel opressed by your chosen religion? Do you feel that religion is a major impediment to the progress of mankind?

I don't think dating and/or having sex constitutes a monogamous relationship unless it is specifically agreed to by both parties. I know some disagree, but at what point should you presume/or not.

If the ark has disentegrated or is buried under 5000 ft or more of erosion, what are the vague photos that are reported of it in the media? Many of us have seen the fuzzy pics of what "might" be the ark.
And no need for name calling, you know who you are.

fair enough you have no good answers to the question but how much more 'out' of your country do you want us to be?

Here are your usual answers:

"Jesus loves you!!!" - meaning the person agreed with you

"you're going to hell!!!" - meaning the person disagreed with you

"get out of my country!!!" - meaning "I have no answer to your question! HELP!"

"go back to your camel you sand n*igger!" - meaning "you REALLY got me on that one! you're good!"

and I'm not even Arab. LMAO!

please be a little mature when answering. there's no shame in not knowing. that's where learning begins.

Peace.

I am a firm believer in God and Christianity, yet struggle to understand the reasoning behind God asking Abraham to sacrifice his son Isaac.

Even though it was only a test of Abraham's faith and Isaac was eventually spared, it makes me uncomfortable that God could ask such a thing in the first place.

What do you think?

We've established that men are wont to err (they tend to screw up). You only need to look at the news to find people who commit unspeakable acts on others (and YES, in the name of religion, too).

But if religion and God are taboo, what do you replace them with? How can you best teach kids to treat each other nobly? I feel that Religious virtue can be a guide for living with your fellow humans if properly applied. Even if you don't believe in God, what's wrong with the fundamental moral Code? (don't steal, kill, covet your neighbor's wife, etc.)

I am asking here---what does it really matter who believes in what? I do not know you, you do not know me, I am not going to your church on Sunday and you , not mine.
Is any of this comparing going to do anyone any good here on who is better than who? Is any of this slamming or opinions going to change how any of you really feel? I just see alot of people getting their frustrations out on each other. I do believe that any of you true beleivers of any God would not be pleasing him right now. What is the issue?

To what degree do you think the political correctness of the nineties still affects college campuses?

I had a Social Work teacher who was a real Marxist-Leninist feminist nutcase and he was a man.

If an owner of a yahoo group transefers ownership of a group to one or more of his/her moderators can that former owbner make a claim to Yahoo that they are the owner of the group they had transfered ownership over to and have Yahoo remove the said group. I was asked the question from a freind last night and I honestly think that the pervious owner doesn't have any kind of say over the group once they've transferred their ownership over to someone else.

Was Jesus a sinner? The first commandment in the bible is to have children. "Be fruitfull and multiply" Jesus did not do this, he must have been a sinner.
