Should monogamy ever be presumed?

I don't think dating and/or having sex constitutes a monogamous relationship unless it is specifically agreed to by both parties. I know some disagree, but at what point should you presume/or not.

I agree with you. If a man wants my mind body and spirit exclusively he better ask. You have to commit to monogamy. I wouldn't dare assume it.
