I have a couple of friends that are in the process of emigrating to Canada and I also know of many other people that have upped sticks and left the country to other climes.

We have a great country with superb heritage and culture but is there any promise of British people wanting to stay in this country, or will our bureaucracy and silly ways all cheese us off?

To emigrate or not to emigrate... that is the question?

My best friend is joining the Catholic faith. I am very pleased that she has accepted Christ and has found somewhere to worship where she is confortable. I DO NOT have any problems with her becoming a Catholic and am supportive of her decision. She asked me about the Saints and how she could find the names of them and what they stood for. I knew about St. Francis of Asisi(spelling?) and what he does. Can anyone share with me some of the others?

There are so many posts on here from gay people (mainly boys, it seems) who desperately wish they could 'turn' straight, but do you know anyone straight who really wishes they could be gay?

(If you need to know, and just so no-one thinks I am gay-bashing, I am gay myself, and just curious about the question.)

it makes me proud to say "i'm not gay"....but in the end I think I'm gay and will always be. and being gay means thinking that religious is not proven and is possibly wrong.

He tried by all means to prove that his answer was correct and everybody else's wrong. The next day, the teacher came into class, answered the question and his answer turned out to be wrong. So he's........................ (a word other than embarrassed please).
