Why do "Americans" say that? AS if anyone here could account for all of america.
But maybe they say that because we slaughtered all of the indigenous people and took their land by force, making it "our" country.
It's another way to say that your ideas are not in line with mainstream (ignorant, perpetually shopping, drunk and unwilling to learn) american ideals.
As for how far out of the country, I'd say they mean close enough they can still see you but far enough that they don't have to feed or smell you.

I only say "Get Out Of My Country." to those IN my country and are showing it blatant disrespect. I've NEVER said any of the other things because I respect the views and beliefs of others and I happen to enjoy learning about other cultures. So, how does "PEACE" grab ya? :-)

If your not in my Home Land,then,I could not say to you (get out of my country): If you are in the USA,and you are following the Quran,which says for you to kill me, if I refuse to join Islam, then yes to you I would say (GET OUT OF MY LAND): Since I do not know you, and do not know where you live, I can only say, My family, and myself do not wish to become Muslims. We cherish the freedoms that so many have fought and died to preserve.
Your own guide book tells me enough,that I do not want Islam to take over the USA.
