On a saturday I often roller set my hair in the morning and let it air dry during the day if going out in the evening.

However I might need to go to the shops after i have set my hair to say get a pair of tights or food stuff etc, Why do some people make such a fuss of us girls wearing our rollers, I do not want to take them out as it takes me some time to roll up my locks properly in them,

Mine was in kindergarden. I lived in a all white community, so I went to school with mostly white people. We had a class mascot (i guess you would call it) his name was mister bear and every weekend someone would get to take him home and they would write in a journal what they did with Mr.Bear that weekend. The following weekend , whoever had him last had to choose the next person to get him. I remember always being the last one to get Mr.Bear, and I remember know at age 5 that it was because I was black(my moms white dads black)or looked differntly from all the other kids. I was good friends with most of these people in high school and I don't think that any of them are racist I just think I was the first black person that most of them had ever seen. Once we were all in High school all the kids in town went to school together and things became much much more intergrated.

Personally I am a deist, but it is just a step away from atheism. It is a belief. I dont use christianity that way. Why are people so stupid that they cannot understand that it is a belief. Not devil worship. Not killing babies. Not mass murdering.

Whatever beliefs people follow, why are people so sure they are right about ALL of it?

It's perfectly possible that all groups are right about something and wrong about other things.

Maybe people are right about an afterlife, but wrong a god. Or right about a heaven, but wrong about a hell. And so on.

I'm a 30-year-old straight female, but I've had several friends who were gay men. They were awesome. I've not had any gay female friends, though. All the lesbians I have ever met have been nearly xenophobic (meaning that they strongly dislike anyone other than their own kind, gay women in this case). Why is that? Why are gay men so nice and lesbians so serious and unfriendly?

i got robbed the other night. i was sleeping in my room i heard stuff in the kitchen. but i was too sleepy and just made my head think it was nothing. im a hard sleeper. i slept through the night. when i woke up the next morning, they stole everything, my sterio, my tv, my computer and laptop everything. now im in here with nothing.

What did you think about what they were saying?
My jaw completely dropped listening to her talk. She was baptist and I am baptist myself. However I was never taught to hate like that. What is going on in that womans head to make her think that it is okay to have 5 year olds wearing signs that say god hates fags. I think she needs to take a closer look at her bible because god loves everyone. I do agree that homosexuality is wrong, but I think that her tactics are very wrong. I was taught that we should pray for our enemies not attack. I don't understand why she hates gay people so much. I don't encourage it but it also does not bother me if someone else is gay. That is their choice. I know were I'm going when I die so why would I care about how someone else chooses to live their life. I think that women needs to get a life.
