first of all im straight....but why cant everyone just accept everyone else! i mean if you think being gay is wrong then it isnt ur place to judge anyway- its gods. so if u think the bible says being gay is wrong- then ur a christian so u should know it isnt ur place to judge, its gods.... and if ur gay then be gay dont go preaching about how unfair ur treated...just be gay and dont listen to everyone elses comments. who cares if some people dont like gays- why should there oppinions bother you? and if people want to be gay let them be gay! who gave u the right to say who people should be with? does anyone else feel this way? that everyone should just...stop?!

A fair number of people are aware of the pagan origins of many Christian rituals. Ok, so me and my friend and my sister were having an argument over death. My sister was explaining why physician assisted suicide is legal in Oregon, and why she supported it. And she was explaining that in order to get this assistance you have to go into therapy for months and show no signs of depression. So my friend says that all people that are dying from anything are always depressed. Me and my sister disagree. What is your opinion?

And for those that want to argue with me about our views of assisted suicide please don't bother to post. I'm not asking that question, see my other question if you want to debate or voice your opinion about that.

I have noticed quite a few answers here are under the mistaken impression that Muslims..wish to attack Christian or Western cullture and want to ban it.
A few people have even said that because of Muslims christmas is not allowed to be celebrated openly in the UK...

Well I want to make it clear.. I love Christmas..I can't wait for that time of year.. I love the lights in the streets and I always but Christmas presents. I went to a Christian school. And want my child to learn Christianity as well as every other religion and belief system (including atheism)

And a few have even said that Muslims only defend their own, and are happy for other religions to be persecuted..

Why should we teach more than one side of things? Why do people say 'teach both sides, and let the kids decide for themselves'?

Should we just teach kids that 1+1=2, or maybe 3 or 4, and let them figure it out for themselves? Maybe we should teach them the colors backwards and see how long it takes them to figure it out.

Should we really be crippling our children by telling them that maybe science doesn't actually work, maybe you shouldn't bother going to the doctor?

please help me no dumb answers,

i am a girl. im not attracted to any of my friends or anything, but sometiems i think other girls are hot. ive looked at lesbian adult websites before because i was curious, but it didnt disgust me. i dont know how to know if im gay or not. i find myself wondering about what it would be like with another girl, but does everyone do that or am i gay? however i can never picture myself in a long term relationship with another women. ive never have acrush on a girl, so does everyone do that or is it just me? when did u know u were gay?

An atheist asked me this question and I didn't have an answer. If God os omnipresent, then shouldn't he be in Hell too? And what about the separation we have from God through sin, doesn't he dwell with unbelievers as well as believers? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. That my perfectly valid explanation for the beginnings of the universe, are attacked quite mercilessly by Christians, yet they expect me to go with they're "unfounded emotional beliefs" - for the beginnings of the universe?

They also point out flaws in my Theory, that could be easily turned around and pointed at they're own..but they refuse too.

Why is that?
Is it fair?

dont give me any junk about space itself exploding and expanding and creating matter and energy and the laws of physics and eventually us. thats order out of chaos, and simply doesnt work. if you have a theory unlike evolution that doesnt already have a million holes shot in it, im open to your suggestions. but dont spout darwin.
