Creationism should, in a sense, be taught in schools. It should be taught as a belief system held by some people in the world. It should be taught as a belief system in social studies classrooms. It shouldn't be taught as a science in science classrooms. Evolution should be taught in science classrooms.

Not too many people are fighting for Creationism in schools. The debate right now centers around "Inteligent Design" which are a set of scientific facts and conclusions that lead any rational inteligent science-minded individual to conclude that the universe had a beginning, caused, and designed.

Atheists are funny in that they are all for philosophical and circumstantial evidence being used to prop evolution up on a pedastal as fact giving students only 1 atheistic theory about the origins of the world and humanity. But on the flip side, when scientific facts start to backup what the Christian has always said, they throw a fit!

How about we give them all the facts and theories and let the KIDS decide instead of brainwashing them with atheistic philosophy like it did to me when I was kid!?!?!?! We cant do that though, that would stall the secularization of America wouldnt it?

I agree at school that's going to be saved far off from coaching subjective very own ideals as information in matters. the place could it ever end? ought to three young ones take spell casting extremely of actually chemistry consistent with ideals? Or how approximately astrology extremely of astronomy? Creationism and its cousin clever layout at the instant are not real scientific theories yet non secular teachings dressed up as such. alternatives to technology taught which includes real technology in technology classification is not extra a valid theory then coaching selection math the place information or proofs are not required. Or selection histories the place people can in basic terms make up memories with regard to the previous that throughout good condition their ideals or schedule. whether creationism could have a place in coaching what makes a scientific theory a scientific theory not an on a daily basis sort of droop or wager and why creationism would not meet that standards. i think of non secular recommendations could have a place in non-obligatory faith instructions the place with any luck diverse recommendations and religions may be provided in an objective way yet not in technology classification the place they fail to fulfill the standards of being definitely scientific recommendations.

In the beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth--
Genesis 1:1!

School children should know that God created the universe because it is the truth!
Atheist and other non believers want to corrupt the minds of our children by having them believe a lie! Evolution never happened and it is a false teaching that should be done away with in schools!

It's also sad that schools would like to stamp out open-mindedness and that they would raise up individuals who think they are always right, and who never want to se their opinion be wrong so they bash the other opinion to make themselves look better. And why shouldn't it be taught? And there's no question in there either, by the way. I suggest you think first next time.

IF they're going to teach Creationism, otherwise known as Intelligent Design, then they should also teach the Flying Spaghetti Monster explination. It's just as valid!

its called choice. kids dont need to have theories shoved down their throats as facts. if you ask me, whats sad is that evolution is taught as fact despite the fact that it has NEVER been proved, and also has a huge amount of evidence against it.
