Only if he is awake when he hands out the magazines. Keep a lookout from the watchtower to make sure all goes well. If you have a daughter you could dress her as a Girl Scout and sell cookies. Funny question by the way. I like your sense of humor.

If they did dress as a Witness of Jehovah they would have to be dressed in normal everyday clothes.

Being that the Witnesses are actually among the very few so called Christian religions that are following Jesus command to go and make disciples in all the world as well as doing so from house to house and door to door as did the early followers of Christ I would want to be careful as to not actually offend God and cause blessings to be withheld on you and your household.

Witness men/boys and women/girls dress in suits/dresses or as nice as they can in their house to house ministry being that they are bringing the people a message from the word of God and are representing Him.

I know several witnesses of Jehovah from around the world and they are some of the nicest people one could ever meet, in fact, I will go on to say that if the ENTIRE WORLD were true Jehovah's Witnesses there would be NO racial hatreds, NO wars, NO divided governments, marriages would be a LOT more stable and secure, respect for God and neighbor would prevail and WORLD WIDE hunger would come to an END.

Can ANYONE else make such a claim of their religion (not to mention that the Witnesses do what they do FREE of charge as volunteer work and their places of worship known as Kingdom Halls are maintained, and operated due to voluntary contributtions being that they believe that one can't put a price on obtaining the enlightenment the Word of God brings)?

If you think I'm joking or full of "hot air" I would seriously recommend investigating their beliefs and day to day life for yourselves, try actually going to one of their Kingdom Hall meetings as an observer and I PROMISE you that you will see how true Christianity based on the Bible and put into PRACTICE SHOULD be. Hope this helps. :)

That's kinda rude, but kinda funny too.

JW don't observe halloween, or other pagan rooted celebrations either. They are some very nice people, and they are just following "The Great Commission" when they go from door to door. How many Christians really do that?

Well if you did, he most certainly would not have long hair, baggy pants, stupid look on his face, with no knowledge of the Bible.

You people are going to have a lot of stupid ???, because of the information Jehovah's Witnesses will be circulating `starting tomorrow 10/16/06 by means of a "brochure" world wide, we will be knocking or ringing at your door, be sure to take a "brochure" and read it.

Your funny i pi**ed myself when i read your question!!! Do your kids understand what they would be dressed as and do you really want to teach them that sort of disrespect to someone Else's belief's?? I would think there would be plenty of other choices for them to choose from. As funny or annoying as we may find the Jehovah's unless you actually know that that is their practising religion they are mostly normal everyday people just like you and me.

Yeah, it would be funny, I had a good laugh...but then, some answers made me think a little more...From all the christian religions we see around these days, I can say that in a way I admire their conviction. For sure they are way more sincere than those christian rightwingers and evangelical millionaires and their psychopath followers who only pray for their own personal success...

LMAO....niiiiiice....makes me wish I had a kid of my own to annoy the neighbours with. Alternatively, as there seems to be a wave of opinion flowing through the US and UK that seeks to demonize all Muslims as insane terrorist nut-jobs, maybe you could dress the kid up in Muslim religious gear and send them out to celebrate a Christian rewriting of a Pagan festival. Of course, in our hysterical hair-trigger society, it's possible they might get slightly shot, but hey, I'm thinking one compensation claim buys a LOT of candy!

As a Witness, i have frequently have made the statement, that the most scary dress a baby might want to positioned on on that nighttime might want to be as a JW. Why? because it is staggering what number of human beings cover from us. This regrettably might want to be a foul element for the baby. when you consider that they are there to obtain sweet. .

Why not? They dress as everything else. I think it would be cute and I would give them extra candy if they came to my door. Make them a bag that says something like "Witch Tower".

That would be hilarious! It would also be rude, mean, and disrespectful, but incredibly hilarious. I don’t think I’d do it myself, but I’d give extra candy to a kid dressed like that.
