Seriously, what is the point of this assertion that people make to men who might face prison time? Isn't it insulting to Homosexuals? If 10% of the population is gay, wouldn't 10% of those facing prison time actually be looking forward to "Bubba," or do we assume that gay men don't go to prison.

I just think it's a stupid, overused comment and would like to hear your opinion about it.

Yes. Another. Racial. Question. I noticed that some white people are afraid of being called racist. How did the world become like this? Why are some so afraid of being labeled a racist by others? An example is some white people can't call a black person "black" because they're afraid that someone would think they are racist. Some also said that starting an organization just for white people would be considerd racist by minorites. I have to say, I'm a minority and I would not think that is racist. Do other people really think that it would be?

My dad is having an affair on my mother. With a girl a few years older then me. She works for his company. A job I wanted, but was turned down. My dad is very protective of her. And before she started working for him he always said how dumb she was. Now that she works for him (doing really nothing he still does her work because she doesn't know how to do it after being there 2 months) only needing to order material and going to the p.o. box. there was more to the job, but thats all she knows. And I date one of the workers he and a few other guys really don't like her. She makes the same thing they do and they work. Last night me and the b/f went to a bar and he went to get the drinks and she started talking to him. We had to leave because I really wanted to fight her. I couldn't find her. Thinking that she knows I was there and I really hate her she ran. I think. But now its to the point I have no trust in the b/f since I know what my dad is doing.

They serve shrimp and lobster. Eating shrimp and lobster is a sin; a downright abomination! - along the same lines of homosexuality according to the bible. Leviticus 11:9-12 clearly states:
"whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them ye shall eat.
And all that have not fins and scales in the seas... they shall be an abomination unto you.
They shall be even an abomination unto you; Ye shall not eat of their flesh, but ye shall have their carcases in abomination"
Is this another fine example of pick-and-choose bible-based morality?

the cross is of great significance. the cross is where jesus died for us. it is where he took on all of our sins. it is where we were granted eternal life. but yet i never see a cross on a mormon church. i have been told they do not embrace the cross. why is this?

i have a good friend that is LDS. she had invited me to her church so i went. i am a christian and have been for several years. i also have piercings and tattoos. when the other members of the LDS church saw my tatto of the "jesus fish" on my forearms and the tatto of a cross made of nails with the ohrase "jesus freak" around it they looked at me with disgust. i was not welcomed because of my tattoos. but god accepts EVERYONE no matter what they look like or what they have done. why do mormons say they accept all but did not seem to accept me?
