I just want to know how atheists can call a Christian close minded when we have total faith in someone we have never seen. hmmm...it seems to me we are not the ones that are close minded. Thoughts?

My ex NY male prostitute skid row dweller drug addict presntly LA times writer friend Sam has just got back from Peru where he was on a purging diet drinking something called ayhauaca, a mixture of plants from the amazon forest. But, alas, when Sam came back he told me Thiara is going nuts because she's been drinking the mixture for a whole month now, lying naked in a room within the jungles of the amazon forest, having allucinatic trances the whole day. My friend Sam knew in Peru a very handsome xamanic priest with whom he fell in love spiritually and now Thiara has sent Sam a letter from Peru saying that everybody there is scandalized of knowing he was caught jerking off in his suposedly spiritual room. He told me he never done that and now Thiara broke the friendship with him because she thinks it's true.

I just saw the advertisement for it today. "Black Movie Awards" !! I cannot believe how this can be? First of all , how come they can call themselves Black , when they want the rest of us to call them "african americans" and if they truly want the world to be "color blind", how can they justify this. AND I wonder how much outcry there wouldl be if there was a "WHITE MOVIE AWARDS"
The same is true, for The United ***** College Fund, Black history month, Ebony magazine , etc. NONE of these things could be done by whites. Its such a double standard and I am sick of their racism!!!! Where is the outcry!!!???

I had a friend from up north tell me she was annoyed by Texas pride. When she said that I thought about it and realized many Texans do have a lot of pride in their state. People drive Texas edition trucks, you can find Texas merchandise everywere, of course there's the Houston Texans (football team), etc. Not to mention, we identify ourselves as Texans (talk to any Texan and you'll see what I mean). But then someone told me no other state but Texas does that. So I 'm curious, do other states display state pride or not?

However, no one defined the word "Peace." I am genuinely looking for exact meaning of what you/they are actually hoping for.

Something weird happen to me few days ago. One of mine friends asked me if I could give her rose quartz. I gave her one of two that I have. When I gave crystal to her crystal was very cold. She asked me why is so cold and gave me to hold it. I hold crystal for few seconds ( it was cold) and gave her back. After I gave crystal back to her crystal was boiling hot. Any explanation for that?
