its not written in QURAN but as amuslims we should also follow immams after Quran and hadeth of our prophet some immams said wemon have to cover the face othe said no we have to cover every thing except hands and face and u can follow the thing that u think its right or u reilf by it

ya not the face but they should cover all of there body and same do the bible
thats why the nuns cover temselfs too but when a nuns covers them selfs the christians say see how great she is
but when muslim women do so
they willl say
muslims are backwards

It doesn't... as a matter of fact, in Mecca, when Muslim men and women do the pilgrimage together, women CANNOT cover their faces.... so, I just don't understand why some women do... perhaps extra-modesty?

no where!!! they should cover their hair, neck, arms and legs.

but not the face.

even during Hajj women can not cover their face.
