I am interested to join anybody, group, organisation or international organisation, government youth ministry, church ministry, any other youth ministry etc. I want to learn youth development especially how to plan for the youth that is disadvantaged--that is seeking ways to imporve their life but can't due to lack of something.

Sohaila, I think you have not made your question clear. I have noticed that you are involved with Youth for Change in Pakistan. However I am not sure what you want. It could be any of the following:

1. partnership arrangements with organisations already working in Pakistan;
2. networking with others across the internet (and thus the world), to exchange ideas;
3. contact with organisations outside Pakistan that can provide training in youth development.

Without that clarification, all you will get is poor answers like the one above from MrsMac.

Try any local charities or national charities such as the British Red Cross, St John's Ambulance, Shelter, Samaritans, KIND or Banardo's. You can also try volunteering at a local youth centre, I work as a youth peer educator and befreinder trainer for the British Red Cross as well as teaching first aid and humanitairan development. My Volunteering role means that I train and volunteer for the British Red Cross but I work in a local charity Youth Centre also helping young people ith social disadvantages get some form of skilld through a youth achievement awards...I don't know about other chairites but I think the Red Cross is great and my skills in youth development are supassable. Check out their website at www.redcross.org
