According to Revelation 20:13, 14, hell is going to surrender everyone in it, and then it will be destroyed.
Satan and has demons were cast out of heaven. None of the few who attain to heavenly life will be cast out.

Long deep theolgical answer. for short answer see below.
from my reading of scripture Hell, greek Hades, is tempory, existing only untill the end of the world, when it and its ocupants will be thrown into the lake of fire, which is, to some extent basically the same as Hell so if we rephrase the question to
'can you come back from eternal punishment?'
the answer is no.
similarily, Heaven, or 'the new Jerusalem' is seen to come down to earth. as i understand it, there will be 'Heaven' on earth (although it is a new earth, so what i mean is that it will be more physical than today's Heaven) those souls in Heaven will return to earth when the dead in Christ shall rise. they will recieve new Heavenly bodies, and those of us (Christians) who remain will be changed in the twinkling of an eye, and caught up to meet our Lord in the air. we will then live foever with Him.
(this answer refers to people. angels, demons etc are different.
Lucifer (the Devil) and his angels were cast out of Heaven. they can come back from Hell in the sense thta they roam the earth, but at the Judgement they will be sent to the lake of fire eternally.)

no, whereever u go when you die, whether eternal paradice for the Christian, or eternal suffering for the Non-Christian, u will remain.

first question: NO. once your in there...you've made your bed, now sleep in it!
the second question:Yes. Lusufer (or Satan) got put out of Heaven for tryna rebel against God(Jesus Christ); and he brought down a lot of other angels with him; according to revalations those angels are in chains in hell and wont be let go until revelations is fullfilled.

Nope once you are in Hell...it's for eternity.
Heaven on the other hand is another story...look at Lucifer.
