Since Muhammad's mother was also a woman, obviously he believed he own mother was an evil omen.

Notice how this verse lists the three most important properties of a muslim man: the horse, house, and woman. Muhammad must have been a lunatic...imagining evil forces inside his house and horse. Any word that didnt please him, from his islamic property (we call them 'woman'), was an attack from shaytan, and evil spirit.

I cant imagine how truely pathetic and loathesome Muhammad was...people...if these words sound harsh, that only means you havent studied this animal.

When are people going to realize that there is only ONE God, you can call him Allah or God or Supreme allmighy. All his books had the same message..infact they were all sequels to one another..some books have now been changed by man to suit his needs. There are extremists in every religion but generalizing a religion to be better than the other or worse than the other is not what God wants us to do....

I didn't ask for their opinions, I am also respectful to their religious views. But for some reason, sometimes when I tell someone I get the "Well, you're going to Hell." speech. Also, how can I drop the hint to a few friends that I DON'T want to go to church with them when they ask repetedly and they already know my choice of religion?

I heard about this guy that was part of a notorious street gang but one day he was gutted and left for dead. Today he is out of prison and is married with two kids. He is pursuing to write a Code of Conduct for Street Gangs and actually implement it. Just like organized crime (like the Mafia) don't kill for fun, don't rape women, and don't kill or do business with children. He is basically saying that we will never be completely rid of street gangs therefore all we can do is attempt to "clean them up" and get them to act more decent. What do you think?

This is a lift where you take five people, one sits on a chair, four stand around him/her. The four people take both of their hands clasped together, with both index fingers pointing out like a gun. The four people then try to lift the person off the chair with thier 2 index fingers from under the knees and from under the armpits. The first time this works will be very difficult. After each attempt start from the person at the left shoulder of the person in the chair, putting his/her left hand over the head without touching it. From there go clockwise, and everyone will do the same each with thier hand over the previous without touching. When it gets back around place the right hand of the first person over the left hands, and go around untill everyone has both hands over the head of the person in the chair with nothing touching. You then must do this process in reverse to take your hands away. After complete attempt the lift again...the person in the chair should be lighter. Repeat!!!

I know a guy who will go into a restraraut and order a cheap entree, then he will eat only salad from the complimentary salad bar until he is full, and then takes the entree home for another meal.I think it is tacky and cheap as he makes a decent wage.

There seems to always be so many people who are upset with "Christians" after being subjected to some sanctimonious holier-than-thou creep. These people are just the internet version of wackjobs on street corners, waving Bibles and babbling about God and Satan and Hell and sin.

Not all Christians are right wing, conservative, pretentiously pious know-it-alls. We have to remember that those who are inclined to denigrate others' lives and/or spirituality are simple unhappy and insecure about their own.

Don't think that, because right wing wackjob Christian extremists are the loudest and pushiest and most arrogant, they are the majority of Christians.

Blanket stereotyping is never a good thing!

Some people believe that there is some innate universal sense of right, or 'natural law', but understanding Islamic culture proves that this notion false.

For example, most of us believe that pedophilia is wrong no matter what. We feel that this is an obvious 'wrong' but in Islamic culture, Muhammad married a 9 year old (he was 53) and thus Muslims defend pedophilia although they quibble with the word 'pedophilia'.

I cant tell you how many Muslims insist that "when a girl his her period, that the time for her". Actually, the Islamic haddiths dont even distinguish a girls period as the minumum age...essentially, if a Muslim man marries the poor enslaved child, then he may do the dirty with his newly aquired property.

Consider murder and violence...in Islam, murder and violence makes the most sense when done for religion, in the west its the opposite.

When you see how different Islamic beliefs are from others, you see there is no universal sense of 'natural law'.
