I got an unexpected look at myself in the mirror today, and realized that I don't exactly dress like other people, which led me to think about my general behavior, which *also* is not like other people, and I began to wonder if it isn't because I'm an artist, and have been all my life.

I am a christian and i dont hat anyone, ever under any circumstances. I go to church every sunday i participate in community acctivities. a common miss conception is that christians hate gays, but that is not true either. The way i look at a homosexual person is the same way i look at an adulturer im not going to hate the person that is cheating on their wife, but im also not going to hook that person with other women so he can continue. the common misconception is that all christians hate others, but it seems that the only christians that hate others are the ones that make on television. this frusturates true christians, because its a constant internal battle.
i would say that most athiests or people that just arnt christians dont believe because of christians that they have seen on television or even had words with. these are the "holier than thou" christians who believe that everything they do is justified because they are christians.

Do you
1) talk to her directly about it?
2) beat around the bush? (no pun intended)
3) ignore it and leave it alone?

I ask because a supposedly straight girl at work has had my gaydar pinned at 100% since day 1. I'm not interested in her as a girlfriend, but I just want to know what's up with her without offending or making her feel uncomfortable. She has at least one lesbian friend, but she's implied that she's not completely comfortable with it. She is married and has children, but I don't think I'm wrong about her inclinations. I have not outed myself to her as of yet, since I've only known her for a short while. What would you do?

Michael Jackson has been accused of many things, but that doesn't make him guilty. While he may be guilty of using poor judgment, this is not a crime. Ask yourselves if you've ever been wrongly accused? How did it make you feel? Put yourself in his place. I've been there-and it's not a nice place to be. Intelligent people do not make rash judgments against people simply because of who they are. If a jury of his peers found him "Not Guilty", leave the poor man alone and let him get on with his life. The fact that you are sitting in judgement against him is disgusting!

He could have taken us out for dinner and it would have been a lot less labor intensive. It would have be a win win situation.
