I pray that the Spirit of God would be with us all tonight as we prepare to study His word, that the words we hear would be His not the men who are the teachers, but God himself by way of the Holy Spirit would speak to our hearts and minds this day.

AMEN

Saint Theresa's prayer:

May today there be peace within. May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be. May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith. May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you. May you be content knowing you are a child of God. Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love. It is there for each and every one of us.

invocation is for Satan worshipers. Ask him to give you one. The only prayer I know for you is the sinner's prayer.

God wants to hear what YOU have to say. Just open your heart and say what you feel. If it isn't eloquent that's ok. God isn't impressed by eloquence he just wants to hear from YOU. His Holy Spirit will intervene on your behalf and present your prayer flawless to the Father. Don't worry just talk to Him.

Our Father, who art in heaven,

Hallowed be thy Name.

Thy kingdom come.

Thy will be done,

On earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses,

As we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation,

But deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom,

and the power,

and the glory,

for ever and ever.

Amen.
