What would you say about a politically active Christian minister who has stated that US law should "square with the moral law or the law of God," and should prohibit "morally wrong and awful" practices?

I'm not an atheist but neither do I belong to any religion at the moment. I believe atheists have as much right as theists to answer in this section because it is not just a religion section it is a spirituality section. They have a right to discuss their spirituality(or lack thereof) too. Just want people's ideas, don't want pointless arguements. Thanks!

i need to know if im still strait bc there's a girl i know tht has a serious crush on me every since last year.whenever she sees me in school or out she always give me a hug and kisses me on my cheek.last year i told her tht i wasnt gay or bi and tht she needed 2 leave me alone bc she makes uncomfortable.but durining the summer me and her went to the same camp and when we were there i let her touch and kiss me bc i had started to like it but only for the moment.can i be strait if i let tht happen?

in my dream -

I went up to Derby in England and there were plenty of churches there. However, by far the tallest building was a mosque with a tower and cresent on top.

i went to buy a burger from Mcdonalds, and a christian friend told me not to. I said ' your not my big brother'

Sadly he was killed.

People are asking if he is in Hell cause apparently he was an atheist.

WHAT DO YOU CARE? I find this is COMPLETELY tackless and disrespectful. If he is in Hell, there certainly is nothing you can do for him now! Offer support to his wife and kids and leave the poor man alone.

I'm sorry if this is harsh but thousands of people are shocked and I don't see much compassion for the dead here...

A while ago I was head huted by a comany, when I asked them what package they were offering before I had decided to take time of and travel a 100 + miles to go for an interview they took great offense and told me most people are just **** a hoop about being offered the chance to work for them. I have a gay friend who asked me to set him up with a date. Not with a particular person, just a general date. "I trust you, Elphie, you know me well." Well, he's a "bottom" looking for a "top". Does a top have certain personality traits? I've known a lot of gay men who were sort of tough and surprised me by claiming to be bottom. I find it kinda rude to just flat out ask an acquaintance if he's a top. That sort of sounds like I'm trying to make an equation without thinking of the personalities. How do you feel if someone asks you if you're a top or bottom? How do you find a "top"? I want to make my friend's first blind date to be pleasant and have room to grow into a relationship.
