How do you find your way in life? Do you listen to people advices or you do it on your own. How did you get to where are you now in your life? Do you live life how you think you should and is acceptable by others or you live it how you want it without caring what any body also thinks?

In the movie, "Lady in the Water" there is a bed time story about mythical creatures and how they are at this war. But, I guess my question really is, is there really a bed time story about this creatures in Asia? Because that is where the character who tells the story says that is where it is from.

I've seen that movie,"The Exercism of Emily Rose" and that was scary. I looked up information on the internet. It actually happened. There's been documentation every where about this kind of thing. Doesn't that scare you?? Does anyone know of the last person known to be possessed by the devil that has been documented? Why do you think this happens?

He said ALL the Nazis were possessed. Pope Pius XII back then attempted a "long distance" exorcism which failed. This priest has carried out 30,000 exorcisms in his career. Its like saying, anyone who committed a crime was possessed (the devil made me do it attitude). Do you believe in exorcism? Does it really work in modern day life. Was Hitler & Stalin possessed or just mad mass murderers?

If people are only here so that they can tell us how wrong they think we are or to simply have a chance to slander us then they shouldn't be in this topic. Why can't people respect others decisions in life instead of mocking us?

Other than it being in the bible (which many don't believe in, including myself), people say that homosexuality is wrong because they don't have the parts to procreate. What the hell is that? Is that the best thing you can think of? There are many ways to get a child to complete a family. Adoption, surrogates, and fostering. A lot of the people who use these services are straight couples who cannot conceive. With that logic, we should just condemn any woman with a bad uterus and any man with a low sperm count to a life of childless and loveless celibacy.

This is a new (3mo) employee. He's a nice enough guy. Trouble is, he's been in the profession 30 years but only worked one other place. He constantly compares our way of doing things with his old job.I'm not saying everything here is perfect- but why did he quit the other place if it was so great? How can I tactfully state this?

My pastor has invited me to get involved with the preschoolers once a month for their Sunday school calss. I've also been invited to sub on days the teacher isn't there. I am surprised they would ask me of all people to do this. Do you think God is somehow saying he is pleased with me? I don't know, I just would have never thought that they would think of me to do this in their church. I am honored. I was just thinking that this might be God saying he is pleased with me. What do you think?

The ideas put forward in The Da Vinci Code are actually backed up by quite a lot of religious scholarship and historical fact. How many of you have allowed your world view to shift a bit to include these new (old) ideas?
