Good Grief,
Okay, I'm a dude. But I think that I can help! If you haven't read the book, The G-Spot, you might want to do that. That's a good way to build confidence.

It will be easier if you have someone who's sensitive, like a massage therapist that has excellent touch. ( This is weird for me too, so hang with me, please)
What you want to do is lay down on your stomach, with your body flat on the bed. Expose your genetalia to your partner. You partner enters the vagina with one or two fingers and presses down on the wall of the uterus firmly. There might be a desire to urinate, but I am told that goes away once the orgasmic sensation beings. Your partner should use gentle message like stokes on the uterus wall. Once the G-Spot is stimulated, you should be pretty much in constant pleasure. The massage like strokes are no longer necessary, just the typical penetration and movement.

I'm not sure if every woman can experience orgasm but I believe many more than previously thought they could can achieve such an experience.

From what i understand the first time is usually the hardest. Once this occurs it will occur again more frequently.

In part the trick is to relax and not have expectations. Be in the moment, not in your head. Some women experience orgasm more easily when intoxicated or stoned. I do not advocate this method as it is an artificial way to push you into the present.

Instead practice meditation and mentally letting go. A good place to begin is with the breath. If you can master watching your breath without letting the distractions of the world shift your focus I would say orgasm would be a piece of cake, in more metaphors than one.

G-spots...lol...

female stimulation exists in all sorts of places...not just the male associated ones. Some people like it deep, some like it on the edge, some like the clitoris and some like variations of all of them.

Just because you can't find one place imparticular does not mean you are any less functionable than anyone else...just means you haven't found a guy that hits your spot...lol Once it's found, you will know. Trust me!

All women are capable, but not all women do. The female ejaculation is all about muscle control...or rather more appropriately...lack of muscle control. There are women who have been able to send off like they were shootin' skeet. And if you can't it's just that you haven't relented enough to this melt down.

there are many good advices here.
all women are capable of ejaculating but very few can squirt as high as the guys, sometimes the juices streams out rather than squirt.

you may want to fantasized while being stimulated coz it will definitely intensified the experience. this also will keep your mind off the performance part so you will feel less inadquate. Alternatively you may want to put yourself in a very relax mood first like listen to some slow, smooth music.

Only a small percent of women actually do "ejaculate" during orgasm. That when a woman has an orgasm so intense that her juices just give a little squirt.

The G-spot is found in your vagina, around the bumpy matter towards the front and top, not around your clitoris. Hitting it with a penis or a special toy in different angles can get you to orgasm.

I've been told by partners of mine and lesbian friends that it's an internal spot essentially directly beneath the clitoris; that when touching the g-spot you are basically stimulating the same nerve channel, just from the inside. To reach it I believe you would need stimulation somewhat similar what what happens if you are on your back and your partner inserts a finger with pam up, bending the finger. I hope that's clinical enough to be permissible here.

I am still not sure what female ejaculation is. I have very intense orgasms, multiple, and I usually get so extremely wet but I wouldn't classify it as ejaculation.
