So, I wonder this, and you should know that I don't think I am perfect. Is the reason that many atheists are atheist, because you believe that you are the perfect, or highest (at this point) ending to events of physics, chemistry, and biology, and there is no point to life other than to exist? To me, it makes me think that is the reason atheists are against a belief in any God, because that would imply that we are not perfect, and that there is something better than us? But the truth is that there is always someone smarter and more educated, so doesn't that in itself make us all imperfect, except for the one who is on top in the world. Would you submit your intellect to a scientist or philosopher with more degrees if they disagreed with you? Wouldn't that mean that someone else was a superior being to you. I don't know, it just seems as though this would be discouraging. Just throw out thoughts on what that means to you? I could be wrong with this line of thinking

I have been getting attention from a man at my job that I do not want or like. He is very inappropriate and is always mentioning a part of my body. I DO NOT flirt with him nor do I seek him out. He has mentioned my lips( by the way I do not wear lipstick) and other parts of my body. I also dress more than appropriate for the job( no tight pants or shirts). He says things like that I distract him and he is a jealous man! He always says it low so no one would hear and he has so far touched me on my arms in a jokingly manner. I really dislike it so much but I do not want to get him in trouble because I do not want it to get legal. I have told him that I do not want to be bothered and that I just want to do my job. I am planning to leave that job later on this year. Should I do anything about it or just avoid him at all cost? By the way hes my boss.

What does this passage mean and how does it fit in with salvation?

I don't mean to sound bitter and twisted - just got home from a birthday party for a girl who seems to delight in having major (like, 4 month long) rows with anyone who tries to be friends with her, and then suddenly acts as if nothing has happened! I just had too much to drink, and needed to vent a bit (and it helps to see that not every girl is such a shallow......... as her!!!)

Is Michael, from Rev 12, also the commander of the LORD's army in Joshua 5, I would think so but I'm not sure?

Is Michael mentioned in some of the apocypha books? I'm asking because Jude mentions a dispute between him and Satan that isn't in the OT.

Is the term Michael always a proper name, or is it sometimes just a word like satan sometimes is just a word in the bible meaning adversary/enemy?

Any answers are appreciated, even if they're just strong opinions.

He had the nerve to say he was sorry for raping my sister at her time of weakness so I said

"Look Pastor johnson, the only reason I dont turn you is because people would not know what to do with there lives without asking you first, but I want everybody to see what happened to, now Im going to let you go back to your congregation and you better keep your hands to yourself"

Do you think I should have stoned the pastor?

I mean I see all these fat people, ugly people, and ex cons, going in and out of this place I could not believe my sister wanted to go there but she did, should I have just left it alone
or called the mormons?
