It's impossible for people to be that dumb but if anyone has driven here and has any answers they are welcome. 60 km does not mean 45 km in the left lane. And why won't they move over?

It's not CANADA,but it might be CALGARY,cuz here in QUEBEC,we have no problems with that, When we do , they are usually from the states......

Its not just in Calgary. Heck, its a universal problem. (See- Murphy's Laws of Traffic)
No matter what speed you go, there are people faster than you and slower than you.
Let the idiots going faster pass you- they'll catch the cops up the road.
Laugh at the morons going slower, for they age exponentially.

I'm not sure about the rest of the world, but in Michigan it's actually illegal to drive in the left lane. It's only supposed to be used to pass other vehicles....Too bad it's another law they don't enforce...
