I don't know, he lost me when he said dinosaurs lived with Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. How could any credible scientist mix earth history with a faith system which can't possibly be proven scientifically. (just because you say the bible is the word of God does not make it earth history) Any credible scientist would know this. SO my question is, is he for real and is he out of his mind?

I feel like God has called me to sing but something keeps telling me prech is that just my imagination? Or is singing just a want and preaching a need to fulfill? God has already started opening doors to get singing career started. Or am I just confused since I am only 13

Ok guys - please help, we need ideas. My bf and I were invited to a party next weekend- we can wear anything, but clothes (of course naked isnt an option) so we have to think of something creative. To have to wear a bright orange life preserver everywhere, on top of your clothes, for the rest of your life,
OR
To have green grass, like you find in a lawn, growing out of your head instead of hair, for the rest of your life?



The life preserver would be one of those old school real thick foam preservers, you know the ones that go around your neck, not a nice vest style preserver.
The grass would grow just as fast as regular grass, and would have to be mowed and watered daily during the hot season.

Why the hell is it that when I say I'm atheist people look at me wierd and say "you have to embrace the glory of god for him to embrace you" and **** like that? Why the hell can't they just leave you the hell alone! Personally I think that Atheists are much more accepting in people. Catholics try to convert you, no matter what the hell you are, they say being gay is wrong, no sex until marriage, abstinence is the best road to god, and don't even get me started on their Monastaries. Shut yourself up and do nothing with your life and god will love you. I apologize to anyone who is catholic, but I just needed an example. Other religions are just as bad! Muslim, Jewish, everything! My husband has been doing martial arts all of his life. He is not violent, he is a very sweet man. But, this is something that he is very passionate about. He even participated in the Ultimate Fighting Championships. ( Not the reality show) So, anyway I have two boys. My husband wants to train them to be in the UFC. I don't agree with this. Me and him fight constantly about it. What do you think? Should I let him, or stick to my guns? Because I think that the boys need to make their own decisions about it. Which they ultimately will make their own decision. But, I don't want him pressuring them.

That's right, it's a fact that the overwhelming majority of Christians accept evolution as part of God's plan for creation. As for "intelligent design," this is a religious, not a scientific theory, which I first heard some 40 years ago in a religion class (and was not posited to conflict with evolution, either). Get an easy ten points if you answer this question correctly and well.
