Listen, some people don't what they are talking about. Small towns have nothing to do, so the kids do stupid stuff, give them a better place to go. That's what we have done at the cafe.

both Pastor G and that i requested an same question collectively: is this extremely what God needs you to do? Outreach takes many varieties as does witnessing. the perfect style of witnessing is being who you're in Christ and only quietly letting others see your social gathering. That preaches more advantageous than phrases or tracts can. in case you extremely favor to do an outreach, why no longer search for to serve someone who's close in or disabled and befriend her or him and help as God leads? God does no longer push Himself on any people, and we ought to continually no longer push Him on anybody in the call of evangelization. Prayerfully ask God what He needs you to do and how He needs you to do it. Then, make optimistic you retain on with the lead of God the Holy Spirit so that you will be His device. @fanofchan: Flesh and blood did not reveal your answer to you!

Our church did a fall festival. We had hay rides, food, games, fellowship and had tons of fun. We advertised it in the local paper, put up fliers and used word of mouth form people already attending. We made everything free. It was a great time and a lot of people from the community came to check us out. Pray about it, God will show you the way to go. Good luck!

Go to your local Wal-mart and pass out tracts. Organize an outreach of people within your church with a similar desire. Go door-to-door with "door hangers" that explain the gospel. Check out your local events like ballgames, fairs, concerts, etc, for opportunities to witness one-to-one, open-air preach, or to set up a booth. Go to www.wayofthemaster.com for LOTS of info!!!

Try a Saturday afternoon gospel singing... people love music, do some old standard hyms, some contemporary music, maybe throw in a hot dog supper. Even those who don't believe will be curious enough to listen and get hungry.
Meet that need and see what happens.

Look for people in need. Start by meeting those needs. Maybe visit some lonely people in hospital or nursing home.

Is that where you go around knocking on peoples doors and preaching to them? Don't do that. It irritates the hell out of most folks.
