Well, it CAN be a learning process if it is USED RIGHT. Many kids are wanting to know things either just because they want to know or because they have a school assignment, etc. What is unfortunate is when a KID asks a question but gets crappy answers just for the "fun" of it and that is not desireable.

Is it really for 18 and older only? I thought it was 13. I get annoyed with all the questions that say "i lieks this boy does anones now if he like me to?". It's ok for kids to be on here, as long as they spell understandably and don't post on the places they shouldn't be, or have no idea about.

Because we have just as many questions as the next guy that we need answered. And if this is the only way that we can get an answer, then we're gonna do it.

i think the cut off age should be 18.. 13year olds MAY think they have good questions but thats not all that matters. a 13 year old kid most likely has not experienced enough to answer alot of the questions on here

Because many parents use the computer as a babysitter and as long as the child is quiet and leaves mommy or daddy alone the parent doesn't care or monitor what their kids are doing

this is true,it is also true that yahoo answers is fast becoming a soap box for people with many problems and no questions.

I wish the kids could have their own Yahoo Answers. They don't have the maturity to understand my questions and answers.
