The Angel of Death is neither Good nor Bad. But a Necessary Agent of God. The Angel of Death is only an escort to take us on our journey to the afterlife.

He's a good guy, he is simply doing the work that God instructs him to do, if he exists, because it may just be God/Christ.
Exodus 12 (Note this is God not an angel, misconception)
29 At midnight the LORD struck down all the firstborn in Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh, who sat on the throne, to the firstborn of the prisoner, who was in the dungeon, and the firstborn of all the livestock as well. 30 Pharaoh and all his officials and all the Egyptians got up during the night, and there was loud wailing in Egypt, for there was not a house without someone dead.
2 Samule 24 (This may be Christ, OT Angel of the LORD)
15 So the LORD sent a plague on Israel from that morning until the end of the time designated, and seventy thousand of the people from Dan to Beersheba died. 16 When the angel stretched out his hand to destroy Jerusalem, the LORD was grieved because of the calamity and said to the angel who was afflicting the people, "Enough! Withdraw your hand." The angel of the LORD was then at the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite. 17 When David saw the angel who was striking down the people, he said to the LORD, "I am the one who has sinned and done wrong. These are but sheep. What have they done? Let your hand fall upon me and my family."
2 Kings 19:35 (This may be Christ, OT Angel of the LORD)
That night the angel of the LORD went out and put to death a hundred and eighty-five thousand men in the Assyrian camp. When the people got up the next morning—there were all the dead bodies!
Revelation 14 (this first angel may be Christ)
14I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one "like a son of man" with a crown of gold on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand. 15Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, "Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe." 16So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested.
17Another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle. 18Still another angel, who had charge of the fire, came from the altar and called in a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, "Take your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the earth's vine, because its grapes are ripe." 19The angel swung his sickle on the earth, gathered its grapes and threw them into the great winepress of God's wrath. 20They were trampled in the winepress outside the city, and blood flowed out of the press, rising as high as the horses' bridles for a distance of 1,600 stadia.
The Angel of the LORD is a specific angel spoken of in the old testament, many Chrisitians regard this as being Jesus before he was made man, if this then is true, the Angel of Death as you have called him is the Christ to whom judgement alone belongs, which makes sense.

~The Angel of Death is actualy neutral because s/he takes the dead and brings him/her to Heaven, Hell (or w/e you believe in).
~If that was confuseing look at it this way. Death is bad and Angel is good therefore they cancel out and are neutral.

I agree with what most people said. It is just an angel that takes your soul to either heaven or hell depending on how you were when you were alive.

It depends on how badly you want to die. If you are ready, then it's a welcome site. If you're not ready, it's bad.
