Sometimes you just goof up and make a fool out of yourself whether being interviewed for a job or in a social gathering among people you just met.

Is there a way to redeem ourselves and rid that reputation?

Doesn't the 2nd Law of thermodynamics state that everything is going from order to disorder? Therefore this contradicts evolution which states that simple thing become more complex things. And does it really make you all happy to state that you are an ape anyway?

why is it that christians can't accept or won't that there are others out there that don't believe as they do and just leave it at that? why the need to condem us and call us horrible names? i understand the want or need to get your message out there but why not do it in a more civil manner? i believe in my religion with all my heart just as they do theirs but i don't see a need to be so hostile to them. please no hate answers as i am really looking to understand.

From what i read in the bible, the only 'proof' that Adam loved Eve was that he ate from the tree too. Kinda thin proof in my eyes.

The proof that they didn't is in my eyes much larger. The problems their kids had between eachother, is usually a sign of a not so loving family.

Did he truly love Eve, or was it just love by default?

I only have the most tenuous familiarity with quantum mechanics but it does seem to show that existence is probabilistic rather than deterministic (quantum foam, Casimir Effect etc).

That being so, is it impossible for nothing to exist? If that is the case - if it's not possible for there to be a state where nothing material exists at all - then there can be no creator.

i find a lot people who criticize the catholic faith. although not a catholic i find the catholic church to be the most humane organisation in this world today.
Leave religion aside, why dont people love a humane organisation such as the catholic church?
catholic church helps millions of poor kids all over the world who otherwise will be dead. catholic church is against the capital punishment.
shouldent we all love this humane church?
