have abortions? Ok, I know that I am probably going to get slammed here, but I have an explanation, here it is: Women who have abortions who try to have a baby later on, typically find it very hard to carry the baby. And women that have had more than one abortion, most likely will NEVER be able to carry a baby. I am not saying ALL, there are people I am sure that has successfully had kids after an abortion. But, for the many women who found that they couldn't, isn't that like a punishment from God, for murdering one child? It's like they were entrusted with one baby and they killed it, why would they be entrusted with another one?

That's why you see so many discreding remarks about morman, Jehovah's Witnesses, Adventists and other Christian faiths, including catholics. The idea is to divide and conquer. It said that the christians fight all the time, turn them against each other.
fLike in Ireland prostants and Catholics. Don't let them do it.
Let's stop tearing each others christian faith down.

I'm 22 years of age, i'm an IT graduate, i failed in my first attempt of my final year project,did my second attempt and the result will be out in the end of july.should i fail my second attempt again, shall i settle for a general degree or should i pursue my 3rd class honors bachelors degree in computing again in other title?by the time i finish pursuing it i'll be a year and a half behind trailing my peers,thus Time and Cost are contributing a major holdback to my decision making given that my financial standing isn't favoring me. i'm six month out of job, the probabilty of some one hiring me for a decent job i'll perceive it very unlikely given the absence of unemployed for six month.since the scenario isn't to my favor i've thought of running a Dot Com marketing business (not MLM) if i should fail to seek any employment.another alternative which is online forex trading of which i've been following it closely for the past six month as well. so which 1 i should go for? sincere answer

I responded this in another post. I can't believe what people are apparently being taught in school these days.

CIVIL WAR WAS NOT ABOUT SLAVERY. THE CONFEDERATE FLAG DOES NOT REPRESENT SLAVERY.


The civil war was NOT about slavery. The only reason slavery was brought up during the war was because Lincoln (wisely so) saw an opportunity to recruit more soldiers. He freed the slaves (even his own)if they fought for the north.

The fact is, most people in the south did not own slaves. The wealthy few did. To think that the thousands and thousands of poor or middle class white people in the south were willing to go to war for the slaves of a few wealthy people is ludicrous.

The confederate flag represents history for a great number of people in this country. To tie it to racism is ignorant.

all day i see athiest answering and questioning in the religion category....they sit theyre and call chrstians hypocrits.....when not even understanding our religion and making fun of it.....the reason we believe in good and do bad IS our religion...we are meant to, and WILL sin....from time to time....i think theyre here to try to change our way of thinking....and the reason they say atheist are so angry all the time...is cause they cant break us....thats the answer....also there are 3 things you will never when an arguement with and that is ...... is it really cuz you believe what the religious leaders say or you have researched the bible and it tells you that its sin. "Happy is the man who does not condemn himself in what he approves.." Romans 14:22 God gave us these organs and sexuality why would it be wrong for you? Are you afraid to make choices for yourself if love was your motivation and what I mean by that is loving God is not whether you masturbate or not, go to church or not, pray everyday for 2 hours or not. Do you know the meaning of Grace and how Jesus came and fulfilled the law so we are not condemned and bound by law, but we are governed by love. Love wouldn't commit the ten Commandments or the "7 deadly sins" or anything to hurt anybody. If you don't approve of masturbation then its wrong for you if you think you will revert to porn, promiscuous sex then dont do it. But when you add to God's law and tell someone that its wrong, is that really your place?

The reasoning behind the question is say for instance we both have an equal chance of being right (50/50 if you will). If you are right what have christians lost by being christians? Besides maybe living a lifestyle that in the end might have benefitted them the most. But if christians are right then what have you lost? Heaven, knowing a perfect, loving entity. Seems like quite a gamble to me. Just wondering about the reasoning from the opposing side

Catholics can be Christians but Christians can not be Catholic. Christians do not pray to saints, or mother mary or seek confession through the booth. Nor do we see communion the same way.

would you agree, that the regulars who use this site, are some of the most interesting and intelligent, from all sides of the spectrum of thought,

there are some exceptions of course, not everyone is interesting and intelligent, some not all but some are very dull and boring,

but as an overall, i find i come back here because most, not all, but most are intelligent and interesting, sometimes i make them think and they make me think, most times i make them laugh and they make me laugh,

i just wanted to know if anyone else feels the same way
