I can only give you the Arabic words, I don't know hebrew!

For family you have a choice between:
اسرة
And
عائلة
The first is pronounced "ousah", the second "a'elah".

I don't have arabic police but it can be pronounced in arabic as: "al ousra" for "the family" and "ousratoune" for "a family"
