carino means care. tu eres mi carino is like saying "you are my everything, my love and that he cherishes you" yo te quiero mucho means "i love you very much" awww. its so sweet ! ♥

carinoso means caring, so carino must mean something like that.

"Cara" means "love". "Carino" is an affectionate way of saying "my love"...it's more like "little love", as in "my little love", but "little" in an affectionate way. It's nice to be loved! :)
