I don't hear any uproar on here when Christians just killed innocent civilians in Iraq (raided their homes and shot whoever was there...women, men, and children)...yet if Muslims were to protest cartoons, there's hatred on here against them. What's the deal?

(I don't condone either...)

They say a good portion of people are Christian, so I'm curious to see the responses (No, I don't want statistics).
I'll put this to vote at the end.
It's a simple question, "What religion are you?" (I do Not need to know why)
If none, are you Athiest, Agnostic, or what...don't just say 'no/none'.
Come get your two easy points by answering this simple question!

Now that news is available online, wouldn't it save a lot of trees to just access the news that way? Is there something... better?... about having an actual newspaper in your hand? Personally, I miss having the Sunday paper.

The last few years I've had many health problems, but began to notice major changes after praying and becoming a christian. I tried everything before, but nothing has worked better than my relationship with God.

Many people have had their cancer go in remission, chronic fatigue cured, and more after changing spiritually. What about all of you?

There's nothing in the Bible that says you should only have one wife and there's nothing in the US Constitution that says that I can't have more than one wife. You people that tell me I can't are bigots and social nazis!

One of my friends had a child that was born in an alcoholic family. He was born severely impaired in the area of mental capabilities. He could function and get about doing average every day things but in his school work and social skills he was simply a child even though he was in his teen years. He wanted to play and worship the Lord somehow and couldnt learn anything in the area of music due to his handicap. One day a man who had a prophets ministry was teaching and called this boy out. He told the boy God was giving him the gift to play the piano as a worshipper and almost immediatly the boy became a profoundly good piano player. He rocketed past all his peers in piano lessons and was able to play with the best of them. He also became deeply devout in his prayer life....See 1 Corinthians 12 for gifts and miracles...

My mom says "yes". I say "no" and many other people back me up here. Who's right in the situation?

Do I really need to write a thank-you note to my college for giving me a $40,000 grant when my parents still owe them $80,000? Or should I be thanking them for robbing my parents blind?

Do I need to thank my town and my parents' church for both giving me general scholarships?

Should I be thanking a corporate business next if I get one from them?

Not that I'm making any plans...but
Is it the same hell, or is it different.?
The religions are different, so wouldn't the hells be different, too?
What are the differences in the "descriptions" of hell between the two?

An atheist is someone who doesn't believe in god or gods. God doesn't believe in itself because it KNOWS that it exists. So isn't god an atheist?

I believe that we should have a class in school that teaches about each and every religion and the culture that surrounds it. I also believe that evolution and the atheist arguments should be taught. I believe children are smart enough to know what feels right and good to them. We can't expect our children to follow what we say is the truth without giving them the opportunity to make their own educated choice. If we have open discussions in such classes where everyone is givin their personal right to choose I think man kind will evolve spiritually in a more loving and honest manner. What do you think about your child being taught beliefs that are different from yours? Are you open to this kind of thing or not? Sooner or later each child will go out into a world full of people that think and believe differently. Why not give them a head start?Teach them tolerance and freedom to believe and live as they choose.
Love & Light to all
