God is ocean of mercy, never show rage on any one.
People may wonder why, if God exists, He doesn’t wave a magic wand and fix things, making or at least influencing everyone so that they do exactly what they ‘should’ do. But God never takes away anyone’s freedom of choice. God’s wisdom is to recognize and respect each soul’s individual identity, freedom and inherent goodness. God shares knowledge – a profound understanding of the dualities and dilemmas of love and hatred, happiness and sorrow, victory and defeat, etc. – but He does not make our choices for us. The soul is free to choose ‘to be or not to be’, ‘to love or not to love’. God’s love strengthens the soul’s will to free itself from the distresses caused by vices such as selfish desire, anger, fear, ego and attachment. God’s power helps the soul to recognize its highest potential and to aim for perfection by practising the art of simple living and high thinking. Such practice by a significant number of souls eventually brings about positive change in the whole of humanity.

The book of Revelation says that they will experience many if not all of the same plagues experienced during the time of Moses..A grievious sore=boils, water turned to blood, the darkening of the moon and sun, the demons that come from the ground that are as locust, and have the stings of a scorpion that may hurt man for five months but won't kill him, and the thing about it is this, they will still curse GOD for the situation that they are in instead of turning to HIM in repentence. For those who think that GOD will not show HIS wrath on the world, that scares me for you because it makes me wonder if you will be one of those who curse GOD instead of repenting....and in the end, those who do not repent will not be saved.

Hopefully we will have an ally to stand up to that spoiled brat. The first time he got his panties in a bunch he flooded the earth. The next time he flooded an army. The third time he killed the innocent cute babies of the Egyptians. God has proved time and time again that he cannot exercise simple anger management. Similar to a 4 year old having a temper tantrum.

I don't believe in God's rage.
It was one of my earlier question " why do people say that they fear God and have to love him at the same time".....an oxymoron to me.
I got a good answer by somebody who made sense.....but lots of people , it seens out there - well it is mostly Americans - take it literally.
I just believe that we are on earth to learn lessons and graduate - kind of - a bit like at school. What comes around goes around etc..karma, reincarnation and all that stuff..and I bloody hope I am right ! (smile). Would hate to encounter Satan or realise that there is a hell......
Obviously I don't belong to any formal religion :-).
edit : now can you answer my question about IKEA please ?? -)

God has no such thing as rage. This is a human trait which cannot be ascribed to God. God is all love, and will not punish us. We punish ourselves through the power of our thoughts, beliefs, words and actions. This is the universal law of attraction.

Joh 3:36 He who believes on the Son has everlasting life, and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides upon him.
Rom 2:5 But according to your hardness and your impenitent heart, do you treasure up wrath for yourself in a day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God,
Rom 2:6 who will render to each according to his works;
Rom 2:7 indeed to those who with patience in good work are seeking for glory, and honor, and incorruptibility, everlasting life.
Rom 2:8 But to those who indeed disobeying the truth out of self-seeking, and obeying unrighteousness, will be anger and wrath,
Rom 2:9 tribulation and anguish upon every soul of man who has worked out evil; of the Jew first, and also of the Greek.
Rom 13:4 For it is a servant of God to you for good. For if you practice evil, be afraid, for it does not bear the sword in vain; for it is a servant of God, a revenger for wrath on him who does evil.
Eph 2:3 among whom we also had our way of life in times past, in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the thoughts, and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
Rev 6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every freeman, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains.
Rev 6:16 And they said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him sitting on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb;
Rev 6:17 for the great day of His wrath has come, and who will be able to stand?
Rev 14:9 And a third angel followed them, saying with a great voice, If anyone worships the beast and its image, and receives a mark in his forehead or in his hand,
Rev 14:10 he also will drink of the wine of the anger of God, having been mixed undiluted in the cup of His wrath. And he will be tormented by fire and brimstone before the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.
Rev 14:11 And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever. And they have no rest day or night, those who worship the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.
Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints. Here are the ones who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
Rev 19:15 And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, so that with it He should strike the nations. And He will shepherd them with a rod of iron. And He treads the winepress of the wine of the anger and of the wrath of Almighty God.
Rev 19:16 And He has on His garment, and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
