That's a terrific way to relax and I enjoy it as often as I can...now if someone gets out a guitar and starts singing Kumbaya, I'm afraid that my stress levels will go into the red.

Yes, in both cases. It's a primal thing- fire under control means heat, warmth , security, light and relaxation. Relaxation turns people's thoughts to Romance.
And it's wonderful for keeping the bugs away when camping.

as long as it's not burning under my butt....however they are vary entrancing...even a candle....a fireplace is passionate, a candlabra sublime....
I did dance naked once with a bunch of other men around a campfire beatin' drums, but don't tell anybody 'cause they might think i'm gay....
