There are different regions in Germany just as there is here in the U.S. In the area where High German is spoken the most, the word "breast" is referred to as "brust". In the area where Low German is spoken the most, it is referred to as "bost"
Now, those are the proper terms. I'm not about to get into the slang terms...lol

Just to make sure: the German word is Brust; its pronunciation is /brust/ just like the 'u' in 'put'; disregard a previous answer as regards dialect differences; it is false.

moin (means: hello)
this is only a information, not an new answer ;-)
tcm has it right.
and
rainbowunweaver is right too.
how is that?
because low german is not a dialect but an own language with own dialects.
you can have 5 dialect crossed from netherlands border to hamburg. very unique but still low german.
so in my area we say for
pain in the breast
pien in de boss
moin moin
(means: have a good day)

You obviously have Yahoo, and one would think you would know how to use a search engine, so find a dictionary for this kind of question.
If you somehow cannot find a dictionary online or in a bookstore (not that they would have them there), look for Babel Fish. (An online translator which I happen to know has German)
