This couple from my gym(good acquiantances,the guy is 30,the girl is 23).He said that they want to invite me out with them.I'm one of the only ones that know they are a couple there,but what is the motive here?I'm just fairly good acquiantances with them.I dunno if he's pissed at me for something or what.Or is he just being nice?I know i'm being paranoid,but why would people who barely know you(save for the gym)want to all of a sudden invite you out. I just told him i've been busy lately and we'll grab numbers sometime and maybe down the road.Again am i being paranoid?I've formed many relationships in the past where i thought things were solid but i ended up having differences with the person.What is the motive here?

I am taking a psychology class right now, and it all seems kind of easy. It doesn't seem like people should be getting away with getting lots of money for this. Its odd to me. Is is just and easy way to earn lots of money?

Why does a man state that he really wants to get with a person? Then when the person reciprocates, the person who "gushed" all over themselves, "acts" as though he has no clue. This has not been done "once" but multiple times. When he appears, he is all "happy" to see me. He even pretended he didn't say that he cared for me, to all of those people. What is going on here. The way that he acted, it almost sounded like an advertisement. He "kissed me" on the cheek at a "party" and no alcohol was served there. He "hugged me" in the aisle at church. This is very strange behavior.

some time ago i found something in my teenage son's room, when i was cleaning it up....it was a photo of me, that he had obviousely taken sectretly while i was changing in my room and the door was a little open. it showed me from behind, bending over, in only a thong (and a t-shirt)....and recently i even found one of my own (worn!) thongs besides his bed. i know he has lots of pictures on his PC, mainly of women's behinds in thongs. he obviously has a thong-fetish....but with all the pics from the internet, why does he get turned on by MY butt? is his brain turning off, as soon as he sees a female butt in a thong?

i know that teenage boys can be very much influenced and controlled by their hormones. so i decided that i won’t talk to him about it, cause that would embarrass him too much and be just terrible for him.

I graduated from college with a B.S. in Human Development and am currently finishing up my M.S. in school counseling from a very reputable school (GPA roughly 3.7 and 3.8 respectively). However, as I near the end of my studies I have come to the realization that this career is not for me. I am looking for a career that is equally as stable and rewarding(ex.helps others, but offers personal freedom as well) but possibly has a higher salary. Also, as I have become more exposed to diverse clients through this field I have gained an interest in the GLBTQ population and their needs. My question is can anyone provide me with suggestions or resources as to what or where I go with my career interests? I have no problems continuing my education and in fact am very much interested in pursuing Phd level work. Any help would be great, thanks!

make a long story short we been 2gether for a year and 3 months.she has my name tatooed on her back.She lives with me in ny.She had a hard life,mom died when she was young and her father was abusive.She has a godmother that she considers her mother and fam.The house is over crowded.Here's the list of people who live there,godmothr,3 sisters age 20,18 and 15 all got kids.one of the sister's babyfather lives there,a recovering crackhead who is the mother cousin

Whenever I see mentally retarded people I get sick and if I'm eating I feel like I'm going to throw up. Just thinking of all the things that could go wrong with children these days (in relation to mental retardation) I really don't want any. I realized that yesterday I had feelings for a girl who I just saw for the first time since june. we used to hang out with friends last year. then we had a class together and we both feel for each other. I was too afraid to make a move and that was it.
we were friends. also I feelings for another girl but I havent seen or talked to her over 3 months. we feel for each other but i didnt do anything. my worst fear in the world is being sick im so scared of it that when i feel sick it leads me into panic attacks and i wont do stuff that could make other people ill such as flying an aeroplane, roller coasters, boat rides. i feel sick now and i keep having a attack of aniexty, sweating, and crying and panicking loads, i hate feeling sick im soo scared dont give stupid advice because its a really big and proper phobia and i dont know how to overcome it :(

If you are in a dilemma about a situation, would you make a decision to take it in a certain direction with a particular *intention* leading to those particular actions, or is it better to leave it alone and let nature take its course.

Context: regarding your relationship with another person in your life. Although it might look that when it involves another person, the situation is not much in our control, but I think, that one person's intention can make a big difference in the direction a relation takes.

Which path would "you" take when in a dilemma? Turn away, work at it, or leave it alone?

My ex and I were together for 3 years and I broke up with him. Don't get me wrong, I still cared for him, but it wasn't working. We have been broken up for around 7 months now and I never think about him, he's moved on and I've been actively dating and looking for a new man. However, in the past couple of months I have had several dreams, and by several I mean atleast 5 every week in which we are back together or I am trying to get back with him. In reality I don't want to be back with him so I don't know why I am having these dreams. I don't even know what I can do to make them stop, but it is really starting to stress me out. Is there any medications that can put you in a deep sleep to where you don't dream? Is there any hope for this stopping? I've broken up with several men in my life and this has never happend. Also, there is no hope for us getting back together/nor do I want to, so please don't suggest that.
