Here's the thing. I feel down and low. I'm also feeling weak almost all the time. Because the things that has happend in my life are very frustrating, especially personal issues.I feel sad and blue almost all the time. Am I depressed?

Please,PLEASE see a trusted doctor. He/she will examine you and let you know if any of the causes are physically induced. Nobody on this site is qualified to diagnose you.
If you check out okay, hopefully you can meet with a GOOD therapist.

well if you are feeling blue almost all the time and weak I think that's a signal of depression, your selfsteem is also being affected by this fact. I would advise you to take time and think about all that's making you sad. If you clear your mind that would be a good start. Remember everything in life happens for a reason, I know that it's not easy to understand this at first but you will slowly. Love yourself and don't let anybody or anything make you think differently.

Yes! Now that is the simple answer. But what will you do knowing that? Let me get back with a possible answer for your depression...not that there is anyone thing which is the answer.

Tell me are you blue cyclically? Every 28 days like?

Are you frustrated by most things or are there specific triggers?

Do you have bouts of real anger?

Do you want to hurt someone or yourself?

Help me with some information concerning this.

What kind of personal issues?

It sounds like you could be depressed. I've fought depression on and off for years. If you need someone to talk to or something you can e-mail me. Sometimes it helps just to talk. Hope you start feeling better soon.

i do things that make me happy like going to the movie which i love doing and i change the channel of my thought.

You wouldn't watch a channel if you don't like what their showing right?

so inset of thinking about the thing that is upsetting me i simply change my thought and think about what is my goal for next year or where i will like to travel too. inset of upsetting myself.
one the thing also that i do is that i tell myself that I AM IN LOVE WITH MYSELF AND I CAN'T LET THIS AND THAT MAKE ME MAD OR WORRY. i say i am too good to abuse myself and when i think like that i get the power to do anything to have a great day today and tomorrow and until i died.

I don't to upset myself and i won't that's it.
you should try.
the thought we hold on to are the thought we attract the most.
if you think about a guy or girl you like you will get more of that thought in your heard and
if you hold the thought of not liking someone, or things you don't want, you will attract more of that thought to yourself.
everything will be that I DON'T WANT AND I DON'T WANT.
if you say I WANT AND I WANT it's what you will get from your thought.

I suggest you change the channel of your thought and think about something that you thinking about it make you feel good and happy inset.

yeah you sound it, try a daily exercise routine, do it with out fail, i swear you will feel better. it works better and just as fast as medication. also maybe try talking to a professional it often helps you to reflect if you talk, and I DO mean professional they know techniques that regular folks don't plus there's no judgment .
