I continuously question my reaction.

My reaction is my thinking and feelings that manifest after coming into contact with a person, place or thing -- an outside object. A person can't NOT react.

Feelings develope from the undertone of one's thoughts, and are like a short-cut, to give us information about our repetition in thinking. They are easier to detect than thinking which is more subtle and give a more general information, that doesn't lie. Feelings in the body, are in the muscles of the body as tension, and are easier to detect when one is active during one's day.

It's not easy to be objective with our own thinking, because when the personality activates as a reaction, then our thinking we feel as us. Monitoring one's feelings gives us a more accurate and honest picture of what is going, it tells us when we have lapsed into the old habit of conditioned ways of thinking. (the reaction)

Okay, so when noticing that my body tension is rising, this serves as a reminder to me, to return back to a meditative state, to get quiet, and just put my focus on feeling itself, which has the effect to release the body tension. This action relaxes my thinking, and returns me to center, as the observer. After the body tension releases, then I can review what I was thinking, question that, and learn something about my conditioning. In this way, I gain self-knowledge about my personality, and then from this I can more easily detect in the future when I'm reacting out of an old pattern.

As 'being the reaction of personality' is mostly what I've known all my life, I see it as an old habit, which takes persistence and attention, to let it go. I'll keep monitoring like this, and questioning what happened, because I see that each time I do this, I react less as the personality and am able to stay present as the observer more often than before.

I know it's a growing process, and it takes time, but with persistence I know that I can transform this old habit into something else.

What makes the Earth rotate. I think I have worked this one out.

Why the measurement of a year has not been revised since 1528 when little was known about the movement of the Earth around the Sun.

Why the man made measure of Time is not synchronized Worldwide. Trade, travel and communications operate on a global scale. Navigators operate a synchronized system of time-keeping worldwide yet no one else does

I question long held beliefs, such as the existence of a gravitational force and the speed of light,. There has to be a better understanding of the forces of nature. If no one questions outdated , outrageous, beliefs, then no one will look for the correct answers.

I go along with Johnandeline's response too.

I think this is the question for the questioners.Or have i misunderstood the question?

I would like to give an answer for this.If it is about the yahoo questions, then the answer is below.

Some question it for time pass, some to gain knowledge & have contact with good intelligent people & some really long to find out the mystery that is around them.

I used to wonder how these people have so many questions coming to them.

If the question is on a personal basis then my answer is that my questions after my marriage was only about God & some how i felt, that my circumstances pushed me into such kind of a situation, wanting to know about God.

I do not question anything continually anymore. I just live and let others live. I am not being interfered with and I interfere with no one. Things happen within their spaces through and around me. I happen the way I want to be. I enjoy a debate with regards to our present and chosen state of being, but not that I take too much interest to question a point that I do not need to make my own.

The reason I have not a greater desire to increase my meditation, and thus expedite my search for God. My rationale is that my Karma is in the way, but I am questioning that more often as well.
