I need to feel loved, to receive encouragement, support and for those I love to be safe and well! We're all different though. I would welcome people to be much friendlier in my life & I am disappointed that I hardly hear from people as much as I need to. I wish people needed me a lot more than they do! Not everyone has cosy families

It's probably different strokes for everyone but self acceptance and a non judgemental attitude is necessary.

Then of course having life essentials met, food, a bed etc

Most of all the decision to be happy. We all have to decide to be happy before we can be.
