What makes you happy, and what makes you sad?

my wife was molested between the ages of 5-8, she remembers liking it at the time because she didn't know better and even after later realizing that it was wrong she sometimes feels like she is 5-8 when she is sexually aroused. do you think she was brain washed into liking feeling young? do you think it's wrong of her to like feeling young because of what happened to her? has anybody experienced anything like what we are going through?

All my life, I've been totally freaked out by porcelain dolls and old fashioned dummies. I don't know why they bother me so much; it might be the eyes but I'm not sure.

And before you ask, I had this fear long before the 1980s gore-fest movies, so it can't be a Chucky-phobia. Why do dolls scare me so much? Do other people share this fear?

i have this friend who wants to help people with their probelms in lives. give advices..and all. but then the thing is shes a bit young and doesnt know what caree is called. i was thinkin a therapy or Psychotherapy or is it a psychologist ? i am confused. is there a different?

I hear a lot of people on here talking about PINKS song Dear Mr. President...she can't even manage her own life so I'm not sure her thoughts on geopolitics are particularly illuminating... It's like Charlie Sheen going on about things...That guys life is a mess and yet people listen to him when he criticizes the U.S.?? Do you find it difficult to communicate with the people in your life that you love the most, and find yourself cutting them out of your life? More specifically, have you had to end a relationship because of it, but couldn't bring yourself to communicate any further with that person even if they were offering support and help?? I've found myself in this situation, and don't know what to do to help him. I'm trying to be a friend to him, but he's not very responsive to me and I don't know if I should leave him be or keep offering support and letting him know I am there so he knows that I haven't abandoned him. I'm just having a hard time trying to figure out his unresponsiveness. He doesn't seem to want anything to do with me

Kind of a confused, out of it feeling. Hard to focus and sometimes hard to comprehend what people are saying to me. I just went through a custody battle with the ex and I think that took a lot out of me mentally, thats really the only reason I can think of why I might feel like a crazy person. I also have started almost guessing what someone is going to say before they actually say it, my guess is usually wrong but still I am driving myself crazy. I have a doctors app. the 16th maybe I can keep it together til then ??

say somebody did something real bad, not bad enough to go to jail for or anything...if they asked you to forgive them and honestly had changed, would you forgive them? should you forgive them? like say the person was an emotional wreck and did some stupid things to try to solve their problems...if they honestly said sorry and had seriously changed, should you forgive them? thanks!

i am being bullied at work, i have reported this and went to various mediation meetings, meetings with union reps and manager, and still this is not resolved. i have been referred to a counsellor who is helpful. my problem is alot of people that i ork with say that they see that my manager is bulling me and that they think that i should make a formal complaint, yet when i speak to higher managers and union reps who say that this is really hard to prove and that this would be very hard and long prosess.

i feel that i am now at my wits end and don't know what to do, i have submitted an application form for another job.

I had an interview ? that really threw me off. They asked me what kind of animal would I be. I couldn't think of anything. I saw a deer yesterday in an area that usually doesn't have deer, so I said I would be a deer. So what does that say about me?

i made a food dish of chicken and bacon today and put it in the fridge so i can eat it tommoroow and my mum comes along and puts it in the bin because she thought it was a old dish. Then i starte swearing at her for doing it. Was it wrong of me to swear at her??? or would u?

Suppose you have a PHd. Would you avoid dating someone who doesn't have a PHd, MBA or even a bachelors degree (they have a high IQ, but haven't the education beyond high school)? Would you avoid dating a person who lives in a not so great area, (not ghetto, but no where near Beverly Hills!) because you live in a great, expensive, crystal gated community with fountains and high security? Does education and/or status make a diffrence to you when you date?
