I'm 31 and still have fear and nervousness getting an application and going in for the interview. I'm a 4-yr college grad but don't feel comfortable in an officejob yet. i want to start out in a bookstore but am nervous getting that application and turning it in. it's been 4 yrs since i grad and don't know what to do. can someone come with me and help me get the application. how do i overcome my fear? what should i wear to a bookstore interview and what do i say when they see i have a 4 yr absence of working? i need a therapist i think

i talk to myself alot.for instance i act like im talking to someone when im really not and even joke when really no one is there. its like i live in a fantasy world and pretty much do it all the time. if i watch tv and see people having a conversation about something i say the exact same things aloud and act like im talking to them also. please dont call me crazy, but do i really need help?

I am 22 and my man just turned 30, he constantly wants sex but me, not so much.. i do like it but its just not as important to me. I feel that i just dont want it because he wants it so bad, maybe its just a mind thing. But anyways my question is, when Im in my 30's, am I going to be all over him instead???

I'm broad-minded myself, but I do think that Local Councils should keep a close eye on this FILTH which is appearing regularly in many of our local hospitals.
Departments at Universities and Colleges are also giving impressionable young people access to pictures which are full of sexual posturing, obscenity, perversion, and graphic depictions of the most perverted kind.
Have the Obscene Publications Squad nothing to do! Get them on to it!

How can it be so strong? People will die on a certain date, at a certain time, just because they were told it would happen, and they believe it.
Shouldn't there be biological fail safes that stop the body shutting down if theres no need for it? How can believing in something make it so much more attainable, and make it true?

fb practice started today and i was doing a drill and i had my hand placed wrong on the shoulderpad and a kid that plays my position hasnt showed up for any weighlifting or flag fb since last year...he claims he lifts in his basement but you can tell he hasnt....and he is always bitchy and whiny about everything i do....i have been in the weight room every day since we lost in the playoffs in november and went to 3 of the best fb camps in the state and worked my tail off to get better when he hasnt done a thing at all and he is tellin me he is better and he knows what he is doing but doenst try to make himself better....today we did a combine and i benched 135 33 times and he did it twice and he thinks he is so much better than me at everything...im not being cocky but why am i still pissed?

When I tell my wife "I have always adored you" she replies "I know you have and you want me to adore you too? Well you're the most wonderful husband in the world but I can't adore you because I adore Jesus!" Then she gets all teary eyed and looks to heaven and starts talking about her love for Jesus etc. She also says stuff like "I love you but I love Jesus more." And when it comes to material possesions (All of which I have brought home as the only bread winner in the family) she calls them "Blessings from Jesus." I know it sounds petty, but it's hard to have your spouce telling you she loves another guy more than you and giving him credit for your work, especially when that other guy is God. Why do so many people personify God and then set him as a rival to their spouce? God is not a human being. God is not one of us. God is not the cute guy down the block.
Anyone else have this problem?

I asked this question previously, but it was suddenly declared "resolved" before I had a chance to vote for the best answer, so that is why I'm posting it again. In my opinion, the best answer was the one by "y4" because it was the only one to adress some of the sytemic factors other than fundamentalism or brainwashing that could contribute to such widespread agression and suicidal behavior.

With yourself. Maybe there are some things you don't like about yourself. The kind of things I'm talking about are deeply personal and really, I don't know why. They are the type of personal hurdles that you don't tell people. What did you do to deal with these issues?

Like how can I become more open with new people that I meet or the opposite sex for example I know this girl from school and I talk to her online a lot and she invited me to a party she's having but I know most of the people she invited are people that I don't even know and even with people that I already do know like her I'll get nervous and won't know what to say or do when I'm with them.
Please how can I overcome my shyness because I really don't want it to keep holding me back any advice is greatly appreciated

i just lost my lighter. my new puppy was under the bed. so i asked her if she was under there lighting up a joint and to give my lighter back when she was thru with it and my roommate over heard me and indicated that i was weird to talk like that to a puppy.i talk to her sometimes like that.i live alone really.even though i have a room mate.i hardly see him.am disabled.and what do you think. should i talk to my dog.she understands me a lot of the time what i am saying.i dont say short words to her. i will say like come on out side to poop pup.not just Come.am i a little crazy or a lot crazy?

last night i asked a question. the responses i got were just mean spirited and hateful. i emailed this one person on his comment his online name is floatpool any who he verbally harassed me by hating on my children calling them name's that i never heard any adult call children before.

has anyone else ever been hated on so badley liker that on yahoo answer's? please tell. and has anyone ever gotten a stalker on here? what should i do in case this person become's a problem?

i was told that i need to have thick skin when asking a question cus there alot of wacko's out there. i will take that advice. however i do not believe in ignoring one to get rid of the problem. if somehow is rude hurtful, viciously unkind they need to be called on that.

i would appriciate any comment's on my question and statement thank's.
