I have designed a method to reduce (and slowly eliminate) thoughts.. If you think and pay attention... you have these thoughts all the time.. when driving, studying, when angry, jealous...

when such thoughts happen just write them down...as u feel.. every bit, including the (bad thoughts), each and every word.. try to read it... you cant read them... imagine urself talking this aloud ... u cant ... these thoughts are so thoughtless and meaningless...

by writing thoughts, (and not necessarily reading them) i just eliminate them.. and so finally when u sit for meditation they will stop occuring
