No, I just think you need to spend more time with real, flesh-and-blood people.
Or maybe you are a little too involved in the plot?
Do something else while you talk to 'nobody' - cook, clean, do laundry.
Everybody talks to themselves occasionally - I talk to , apologize to, and sing to my cats - they seem to like it.
Almost all very organized people and geniuses and Moms talk out loud - it's a way of listing to stay on task, completing multiple tasks, venting without hurting anyone's feelings.
[" What needs to be completed before i schedule that conference? Oh yeah, Sally has the updated speakers list - must meet with her before printing up the schedule..."
" but if I add 10% less of force B, the reaction slows by 37%.."
" Who was the idiot that put a red shirt in with Dad's underwear? Boy, is he gonna be mad.. maybe I can fix it before he finds out..."
[ Notice the guys above - neither organized, geniuses, or moms. ]

I do it all the time.I talk to myself so much that when I dont i feel lost and lonely.I has reached a stage where I not only ask myself questions but I respond to the question as if someone else is doing the answering.

I am so much accustomed talking to myself that even when I have conversation with other people i will find myself wandering in my mind and beginning to have a dialogue with myself.I get so deep into it that the person will stop and ask are you talking to me and I will have no idead what he or she is saying.

I dont think you are crazy.I think that "we" use this as an outlet to release certain stuff that may be going on in our lives.I also have found that talking to myself has helped me alot in the sense that I now think before I do a lot of stuff and I get to examine my self and who I am better.I believe that talking to oneself is a sign of a health mentality.

My mom thinks I am crazy though, :) but she says I get it from my dad.my dad talks to himself alot too.I think he is on a next level all entirely.hee hee.

Talking to yourself doesn't make you crazy. But, if you do it enough, you will become crazy. Stop. Never, ever, talk if it's not to a person. Seriously, it will screw you up. I sometimes drive with people, and they say, why won't the light turn green. I think it's extremely weird. Nothing good can about it. When you say things, they become true, to you. You aren't crazy, yet. Realize, however, if you need help, it's OK. If for some reason you keep doing that, see someone.

I do the same exact thing..if i can hear myself think out loud it helps me with my decisions better and helps me interact with people on a better basis. No you don't need help and your not crazy and hey..if you want to answer yourself back go ahead it usually the right answer.

the fact that I have ADD/dyslexicia and i've been doing it for years and i'm fine.

those shows on tv..i just shake my head and go ugh turn it off and read a book.

You have some sort of anxiety buried deep down that you can't face? This is considered normal, of course, but when it extends to the point that you are already shouting, crying, etc,. you have to see someone you know.

But this tends to happen if you are alone, just by yourself. You have no one to confide too, it's good that you are 'releasing' that thing through talking to yourself. Otherwise, it will result to erratic emotional problems.

okay some of the stuff you said is weird like you'll act like your talking to someone else when your not and even joke when no one is there but the other stuff like watch tv and say what they say is normal. sometimes ill talk to myself like ill accidently hurt myself and say to myself "you stupid idiot ******* man owww owww" lol but if your like practiceing to talk to someone thats alright to, like what to say tommorow for a presentation or how are you going to talk to that special someone.,

You are not crazy, all you need to do is monitor yourself and anticipate when you are going to say something aloud, and not say it.

Everyone has their thing. If it doesnt bother you, and is not hurting anyone, who cares if its strange. If you start hearing voices, then you may need some help.
