you are not at all crazy, i talk to my dog all the time even though i live with 3 other people, you will be amazed as time goes by how much your dog will understand, mine has a rich vocabulary, knows what mum (food) means, kora (ball), 3adma (bone) 7ama (bath), ba7r (sea), salah (name of my son) baba (my hubby) sarah (my daughter) yala (let's go) bye bye (going out), bobi (dog, other dog), otta (cat), no (when he does something bad like chew on the pillows) and something he adores but can't have much of shokolata (chocolate), when i speak to him and especially when i say something he really likes, for example do you want to go out, should we go for a walk he would flip his head from side to side, he's awesome

Not crazy by my standards. I think it's amazing that so many species of creatures can understand human language that don't have any spoken language of their own, yet we can't understand them at all. Who's the smarter?

Cat's are notorious for ignoring humans and acting like they don't understand a word, but I once called to my daughter's cat to come meet some friends of mine, and she immediately came trotting out of the house and down to the curb! Another time, when I always walked my dog down to the mailbox every day, I asked the cat once if she wanted to go for a change, and she came running out to join me, and walked with me all the way to the mailbox and back.

What they understand is hard to say. Just because they don't always respond doesn't mean that they don't understand what you said, only that they didn't know how to respond or don't feel a response is called for, in terms of their world and their needs. In any event, they listen very well, don't they? And what more could we ask for?

I talk to my animals in a similar way all the time. It doesn't make you crazy. It also shows that you think of the puppy as your friend or companion, not just some object that you own.

if the guy only did no longer ask the dogs of his tale, then the dogs does no longer be able to lie! yet, leaving the dogs speaking and speaking and bla bla bla "ing" this is the highlight, appropriate? speaking dogs on the marketplace, very inexpensively! it extremely is not appropriate if the dogs's a liar as long as he ought to speak.. what's using being trouble-free in case you need to no longer un4tun8ly talk? em ryt?

It think that it is fabulous that you talk to your puppy. Your roommate is weird for thinking that you're weird for doing that. Why doesn't she talk to puppies? Is she prejudiced? Maybe she thinks she is too good to talk to puppies?

I talk to my cats all the time. I also talk to the cupboards, the washer & dryer, and I cuss at my computer. If I have something to say and no one is around to say it to, I will say it to whatever is here.

You go, girl. You talk to whatever, whomever, whenever, for whatever reason that you feel like it. If you're crazy, so what? Have fun anyway.
j/k you're not crazy.

When your dog starts talking back to you in human language, that's when you've crossed over to being crazy.

Dogs are often trained to be companions to folks with various physical challenges. Talk to your dog, it's fine. Don't feel funny about it.
