divorce and custody are highly traumatic. If you have had other traumatic episodes, such as rape, molestation, etc., you could have "topped out" and now you're experiencing post traumatic stress.
Hypervigilance is a symptom. Difficulty concentrating. Anxiety....
Personally, I've had alot of stuff. I was in therapy until I realized they were all saying the same thing, I was doing the same thing and it's still the SSDD.
Oddly enough, I'm usually correct in future prediction.
I hope you get a decent answer that helps you.

If it becomes worse, go to the emergency because you could be having a light stroke.
It could be severe depression.
If the doctor cannot help, type in on your computer Deliverance Ministry and your town & state. Often when we get too weary we let evil spirits come in and you have the spirit of heaviness which is grief, sorrow, sadness, troubled, despair, loneliness, discouragement, rejection, torment, fear, dread, worry, tension, stress.
I know I sound like a nut, but sometimes only the Lord can help. If we were smart, we'd go to Him first.

It's stress, and it sounds like physical and mental stress. What you need is some R&R. Get off the computer and work in the yard! Take a nap, then do some cooking, then some cleaning...
then another nap.
Then join a sports club to get those endorfins running. You'll feel better.
Get well.

It's normal to feel as though you're losing it when going through family issues such as yours. Whats happening to you is only stress, which will go away as the problem subsides. I would suggest you going for individual and group therapy just so you know youre not alone and to help you get through this rough time in your life.
Goodluck=

could be stress.
could be hormones- onset of menopause
some of what you describe sounds like deja vu, so you might be having some sort of epileptic seizures - their are lots of kinds besides grand mal or petit mal seizures.
check out "deja vu" on wikipedia, and see if it sounds like what you are experiencing.
