I know God can hear my thoughts, but can the devil hear my thoughts?

I suppose he can yet he has no power to make you do anything bad you are always in control and if so he may be wishing for you to get annoyed, angry, feel afraid, etc as these are things caused by the wrong response to life when you should always think and tell yourself you are okay and you are not going to get annoyed or afraid when someone challenges you. Once you do this you can become less and less responsive to annoying people and events so eventually you will be able to be happy under all circumstances. Wouldn't that be fantastic!!!!!!
a blissful life is one where you do not respond from stimulus as humans evolve and become better by not emotionally responding.

There's always been a struggle between good and evil. The devil represents evil and temptation. No one is perfect, and all of us are tempted to do bad things and have bad thoughts. But it is also said that good triumphs over evil. So even though we have been given free will, and Satan continually tempts us, those who believe in God will turn a deaf ear on the "enemy", the personification of evil aka/ the devil!

No' I do not think so. The Devil is not as strong as God. the Bible also, says that God can raise anyone back to life, from the dead.
But it also, says that the Devil cannot do this. for he does not have the power.
But do not underestimate the Devil, for he is still stronger than we are, as humans.

every man has two ego-s, the first ego is the lowest ego that lead him to live with that materialic world, the second is the higher Ego, which lead him to live with the will of god, when your thoghts obey your lower ego, surely devil will begin to hear your thoghts

No, he is not all knowing and he cannot read minds. However, he can influence your thoughts.
