For me, it's forgive. Things tend to stay on my mind when I don't settle them out.

I can't ever seem to see the positive in my life.

When I was married, I found fault with my husband because he was money-minded, controlling and abusive. I constantly tried to find ways to leave.

Now that I am divorced and gave him custody of our child (she is 15 on Saturday), I am worried about our daughter and he makes me feel guilty. He says what did I achieve by leaving him and being gone for 5 years.

I am alone and feel that I don't have anyone close to share my feelings with. It makes feel bad that I could not give my daughter the best also.

I just can't see anything positive in my life however it is at any moment.

was dating someone right when i found out my close aunt had terminal illness but i never told him.. i acted real cold towards him and he stayed around 3 monthi guess bc he hoped i'd be how i was at first. he broke up with me bc I basically treated him like crap..i was fine with it bc that was less pressue 4 me. i left him alone.. but when my aunt died i flipped.out and sent him all these crazy texts saying" i wish i would've told you what was wrong..etc.." one probably would've been ok but i sent about 6(crazy as heck i know!!!). a couple weeks later(sounds like a movie, but it's true) another close relatived passed away this time sudden and i flipped out again.. i never experienced losing a close relative b4, let alone 2 back to back.. my girlfriend ran into him and he told my friend that i annoyed the crap out of him with those texts(of course)... it's been a couple months and i'm back to my old self.. do you think if i explained it in person he'd understand?

Why do you think there are fewer women in technology and science based fields? Why is it male dominated? Does it start in the grade school years, with lack of interest or later in life with fewer oppurtunites for women? Please lend me your opinions on this.. thank you!

I had a dream two nights ago and it is really bothering me I cant stop thinking about it..
The "dream" was weight related, I am under no pressure at all to lose weight, i dont think i need to lose any and i am completly comfortable with the way I am..

I dreamt that i had lost so much weight that i could put my hands around my waist, that was it. I woke up straight away after and i was sweating and shaking. I had to check that i wasnt that thin afterwards. It has really got to me..

does anyone know why???

I'd make myself more confident... Recently I've lost all confidence in myself and it realy gets me down, I'd love to be able to walk into a room full of strangers and act like the person I want to be... :D xx

he says we have no instincts at all.. Its all learned or predetermined in our genetic make up. I told him a story where I had a 2 year old in my arms when I went to step over a baby gate....my foot got caught and we fell.. my "instinct" was to make sure the baby was safe...I ended up in the ER with a sprained foot...baby was safe.. He said that wasnt instinct .. the baby was unharmed because I am altruistic... I think he is a quack... what do you all think????

I'm not afraid of dying, I'm not afraid of cancer, and I'm not afraid of any other illness. I am only afraid of having to tell the ones I love if something like that were to happen. Anyone else have the same feelings or different?

Discrimination is one of the most common social behaviour, what motivates one towards it, and what prevents many of us from doing it, and what forces almost everyone of us to deny it.

I, as an adult who suffers from depression, think they need to make the distinction -- especially with teenagers. It's an important distinction for parents and doctors to make. Chances are, if you are depressed, suicide has at least crossed your mind and maybe you've spent enough time to fit the phrase "considered it". I think antidepressants probably make teens who are already thinking about it more likely to act upon this because they start feeling a little more energetic and ready to "do something" about their problems. Remember -- they are already depressed. They don't know the full range of options, so suicide is more likely.

Agree or disagree?
