Depends on your definition of love. Some would argue that at first you fall in love with what you think that person is, as you do not yet know them. The romantic in me wants to say yes, but for the relationship to last, the love will change.

Not love. Infatuation, maybe. Definitely attraction.

Love is more than just an instinct or a feeling. It is the desire to give up everything for the benefit of another.

I have heard of it. I know at least two men that saw a woman for the first time and knew that she was the one they would marry. Years later, they both did.
As for me, when I saw my wife for the first time, she made an indelible impression on my mind that I never forgot. The next time a truly met her, I asked her out and six months later we were married. That was 33 years ago. We have six children and four grandchildren.
Love everlasting.

Love at first sight? No. Intrigue at first sight? Definitely! The latter might lead to love, but I don't think that you can truly love someone without "knowing" them.

Nope...I mean you can't really just tell that that person you see is going to be the "one" unless you know them really well and grew feelings for them...so otherwise it's lust at first sight.
