I had a dream two nights ago and it is really bothering me I cant stop thinking about it..
The "dream" was weight related, I am under no pressure at all to lose weight, i dont think i need to lose any and i am completly comfortable with the way I am..

I dreamt that i had lost so much weight that i could put my hands around my waist, that was it. I woke up straight away after and i was sweating and shaking. I had to check that i wasnt that thin afterwards. It has really got to me..

does anyone know why???

It's hard to avoid the stipulations of the perfect body image in today's society, no matter how happy you are with the way you look. We are constantly subjected to weight loss gimmicks, rail thin celebrities and models, and stories of women struggling with weight extremes (whether it's obesity or anorexia).
It would be hard to be a woman and not be affected by these images in some way. It's great that you have a healthy body image, and you don't feel compelled to give into these things. Maybe if you have lost some weight lately, without intending to, you may be worried about getting too thin? I have no idea if that's the case... but it's easy to stress over your weight, whether you're thin, or fat or just right... even without really focusing on it. We are just hyperexposed to it. Hope this gives you some insight.

Some people have strange dreams when they went to bed after eating something either unusual or spicy. The dream could relate to the food you ate prior to going to bed, and your body was uncomfortable. This might explain the sweating and shaking. If this nightmare re-occurs you might try watching a comedy on TV or reading a novel before dropping off to sleep.

Did you go to bed hungry that night, as sometimes our dreams can happen from what your body needs and it could have been just that you needed some food. Don't let dreams bother you though, it does not mean you are going to lose weight.

desires are merely that a dream. I even have had quite a few desires over the years and the only that got here genuine is i replaced into having the son whilst i replaced into with baby. do no longer study into extra then what it relatively is. while you're dealing with some subject concerns on your relationship and your recommendations is thinking it may ensue. I had a dream as quickly as that my hubby replaced into along with his ex and left me. That in no way got here genuine. i do no longer comprehend how your very own existence is yet once you have a WOMENS intiation then keep on with it.

maybe it's because you were unsettled by the "you" portrayed in the dream.
