i need to leartn to be positive and happy. I know im going through my teenage years but why do i always feel down? why do i always worry about things? my grades have been slipping badly and im always sad. Ive become shy now and im lacking friends. its time for a change. Can someone help me?

Sometimes I feel super focused, and it feels like I can pay attention and learn anything. Other days it feels like I barly remember the last sentence I read, and other days it feels like I am kind of mixed between the two. You ever feel this way? And don't say I have ADD b/c that is the answer for everything. ; - )

Something you just can't put your finger on ,but you know something is just out of sync,not right hair standing on end like something is just wrong,but you can't figure out what's bugging you?Kinda like the feeling that stays with you when you know you forgot something important and yet you know you didn't.Like some kind of warning but you don't know why?It sure makes me use caution and awareness today.

Well I have anxiety and I'm scared to be hurt. I feel safe in my house well really in my room. I hear about shootings and murder and kidnapping!! I'm scared to be a victim. I'm even scared to get in a car accident! I dont want to get hurt! So I'm just curious of whats it called if you're afraid to leave your house!!??!!??!!

my uncle commited suicide in 2002 and was in his early forty's he was very depressed and never did anyone harm , wasnt a bad man , was good fun and a bit wild but that isnt sinfull im just wonderin do ppl who commit suicide go to hell , dont write ansers to make me feel better , tell the truth .thanx

I have a recurring dream that i am always sitting in a movie theater either about to see a movie or i'm just hanging out talking. Sometimes the movie is playing but i can never see what it is. Also other times there is like a talent show going on or a concert. does anyone know what dreaming of this means. Ive been puzzled since its been happening for years. Also if anyone can throw in an explanation of what riding elevators also means. They go from side to side and all these weird ways as i am in them in my dream. Thanks

I remain silent most of the time. But i am friendly to people around me in the class. That is i am always smiling, joking with them or talking to some or the other. Respond positively to other's comments and crticism's[( although when make fun of them they dont tolerate that(only few)]. But sometimes i feel i am being over friendly with people when they dont reciprocate on some things or are very serious towards me or sometimes some people dont talk to me for days and suddenly they will come up and talk to you, be nice to you. But it is my nature, that i cant stop talking and gossiping with people, i cant keep quite for long coz it makes me sad and left out!!

My boss wrote a mail message asking my what I did on slow days.
I replied with a list of self directing projects I was working on, mentioned that I didn't place these in passdown because I didn't think it was pertinent to others. I stated that if he wanted me to send a more detailed passdown I would do this for him, but that I would think he trusted me to keep myself occupied.

He responded back with a reply message asking me why the attitude.
Now I didn't think I had an attitude when I wrote the message, but just stated the facts.

So my question is how can he read my attitude in some words?
Isn't it that when your reading a mail message from someone, it is your opinion of what your reading? How can anyone assume they know my mood when I wrote something, perhaps they are reading into it what their mood is?
Some one want to give me their opinion?
