I used to be so confident and self-assured, after disappointments, I feel so 'blah' :(

Just keep going I suppose.
After disappointments, I set out to prove wrong the people who hold doubt in me.
It's a great feeling when you get there.
So I say, go out and achieve something. If it doesn't leaving you feeling better (though it probably will), at least it will be worthwhile in one way or another.
Be your own inspiration.
Cheer up :)

That happened to me recently, you have to let the blah take it's course a little bit so that you are 100% committed to regaining your mojo. At that point pick an easy challenge, but still a challenge, and celebrate the success like you just won the Super Bowl, Olympic Gold Medal, or World Cup.
